    Smarter not harder. I quit the x-3 for now and no longer fasting. If I eat 💯 Carni I will have difficulty maintaining my weight😳 which ranges between 151-153. 5’10” guys. I’d like to be in the mid to high 140s. Bit lazy about getting there 😅
