The economic turmoil generated by the Houthi Rebels actually will help the USA economy while simultaneously negatively impacting China's. The reason our warships are in the Red Sea defending the cargo ships is due to Maersk and other shipping conglomerates paying for USA protection to get beyond the Strait of Hormuz.
