I am happy now 11 months ago I was so out of shape and in bad health that truth to be known I probably didn't have much longer to live the way I was going but this video of me unsuccessfully lifting my fish embarrassed me to the point of my focused determination to get back into shape and change my eating lifestyle for a longer stay on this planet.
