how singingbowl works for positive energy
This is called entrainment, or stimulating brain waves through pulsing sound or light. The sound waves from the bowl act on the energy field of your body and cause you to relax. Singing bowls may work by their vibrations as well as sound.
This is a good time to immerse yourself in the bowl's sound and let its purifying effects flow through your body. Another way of playing the bowl is by circling the rim clockwise with the mallet. Move through your home one room at a time. In each place, produce a sound from your singing bowl by striking it three times.

Tibetan Gong
Tibetan Gong
Situated at the lap of Himalayas, the birthplace of Lord Gautam Buddha and the country of Sagarmatha, Nepal is a unique and beautiful country filled with numerous natural beauties all around the nation which has been a divine habitat for many Buddhist and Hindu Tantrics. Among many cultural and divine device found and used in Nepal; the ‘Tibetan Gong’ is one of them with its own unique characteristics.
Originated in the sixth century at the western region of China, its history is also closely tied with Tibet which is in the border of Nepal. Though the Tibetan Gong originated in the china, the credit for its development and evolution goes to Tibet and its Gurus. During ancient times, this instrument was widely used and had an important part in many religious functions, meditation etc. in Tibet. Being widely used in Tibet during its early period, we commonly address it as the ‘Tibetan Gong’. Later on, its use began to develop in neighbouring countries like Nepal, India, Bhutan and now its popularity has spread beyond the south Asian boundaries and growing popular in the other parts of the world.
The ‘Tibetan gong’ in itself has a profound character and it is characterised in many ways by various Tantric gurus from Nepal, India, Bhutan, Tibet and many other countries. Different types of gong are found in different countries around the world, each with its own influence and unique structures and textures. The character of the gong may vary throughout the world based various aspects of the region where it is made. The word ‘gong’ was originated in Indonesia and the impact of Indonesian gong has a high regard to this day.
The living and non-living things around us are continuously communicating with us and each other directly or indirectly, knowingly and unknowingly, but it depends on us on how much we hear and understand these whispers of nature. Similarly, the ‘Tibetan Gong’ also communicates with us in its own voice and its vibrations flow positive message to our body and soul to eliminate any negative vibes and thoughts from our system. Thus, we can have a very unique experience by using and feeling the vibrations of the ‘Tibetan Gong’.
Knowingly and unknowingly, human brain is vulnerable to a continuous stream of different positive and negative thoughts and can even produce the ability to control it ourselves with right methods and training. First of all, we must try and fend off any negative thoughts that may inflict our brain. And if you are still tormented by these negative thoughts then our nature has gifted us with sound healing instruments used in ‘Sound healing’ therapy. Among the wide range of sound healing instruments, ‘Tibetan Gong’ is one of them. Today we are going to describe about the same ‘Tibetan Gong’ in this video.
Tibetan gong is more or less flat, circular discs of metal made up of various divine minerals. One side of the gong is decorated by various Tibetan Mantras while the other side is made for striking with a wooden hammer and after regular use has marks and indentations made by the wooden hammer. These ‘Tibetan Gongs’ and its inscriptions are all made with hand by a skilled professional. The top part of the gong has two holes to facilitate for hanging on a frame with rope. After installation of the gong in the frame it is ready to be used by striking it with the available wooden stick to produce a divine mellow sound. These wooden sticks are found in different shapes and sizes which are attached with a woollen ball at the striking head.Om sound is produced when the gong is strike by the woollen head of the wooden stick. Different gong has different types of designs and these artistic sketches are all hand made. Similarly, different type of gong has different sounds which represent their character respectively. One of the main reasons for different sound is they are hand made but each one of them produce the common sound of the universal word, Om.
Any person in this world cannot be perfect and have absolute complete understanding of any subject. Likewise, the information included in this video are based experience and we are always open

Tingas
Tingsha bells are handmade by the casting method using 7 metals - Gold, mercury, copper, silver, iron, tin, and lead are seven metals. Every metal used for making the tingsha bell is connected to different planets and days.
They are clapped together quite vigorously, unlike the tingshas, which are struck gently. The Tingsha or Tibetan cymbals are used in natural and alternative healing, meditation, and relaxation. As a natural and non-invasive remedy, it can be a stand-alone treatment or part of a strategic health plan.

Om
Tibetan Tingsha
Om is more than a sound but the vibration of the universe. It is the frequency of energy that connects and joins all things together. It is nor a short and sharp sound. It lingers and flows like the energy itself.
Om is the most elevated sacred symbol in Earth. The word Om is such powerful that chanting or ringing this single word correctly can produce powerful and positive vibrations throughout your body and enables you to feel the power of whole universe. Om also relates to the Crown Chakra in our body which represents the connections to all the positive sources within our realm.
According to the famous scientist, Albert Einstein, everything is just energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of reality you and you can’t help but get that reality and there can be no other way around it. This is not a philosophy, this is physics.
According to Thai, sound is God. The creator of the cosmos is sound. Everything begins with sound. We learn somethings from everyone who passes through our lives and some lessons are priceless.
Capable of producing this sacred Om sound Tibetan Tingsha is a strange yet beautiful gift of our nature. Tin-sha are small cymbals used in prayer and rituals by Tibetan Buddhists and Hindu priests. Tingsha are circular chimes connected by a chain. They are often used in meditation practices to help focus the mind. They can also be played to add depth to musical “soundscapes’’. The chimes are struck together to create a pure bright bell sound which rings for a surprising length of time. Traditional therapy often performed using the tingsha bells is called Toning is used ot relieve mental stress and to reduce anxiety levels. By allowing the free flow of positive chi energy, and warding off negativity, they can promote a flow of healthy energies throughout the body and restore strong brainwaves.
The Tingsha’s produced by Himalayan Singing Bowl are hand crafted by using 7 different premium metals which produce a strong sound and vibrations of the right frequency. Third eye healing
Third eye chakra / tune A Ajna chakra
Ajna, brow or third eye chakra, is the sixth primary chakra in the body according to Hindu tradition and signifies the unconscious mind, the direct link to Brahman
The third eye chakra witnesses the “internal screen” where memory and fantasy, images and archetypes, intuition and imagination are displayed. From this, we create meaning and consciousness to everyday life. The third eye chakra is our gut feeling, our inner teacher, and our strong intuition.Try spending 10 minutes each day consciously activating your third eye through meditation, chanting, prayer, dance, yoga, essential oil, and flower essence use,” she says. However, it's important not to rush or try to force anything.
Signs of Blocked Ajna Energy
You may feel lost or adrift. The imbalance is mostly likely to present itself physically within the brain and eyes. You may also feel stuck in the day-to-day. Without the guidance of your inner wisdom, you may be unable to look beyond immediate problems and your own opinions.
