I missed driving Yolo and there were some last minute interior repairs I needed to make for him before I can get him back in tip too shape. So I completed them and now we took a short drive just to get away.

Recipe: 1/2 stick butter 1-3/4 c flour 2 t baking powder 1t baking soda 1/2 t salt 3/4 c sugar 3 eggs 1t vanilla extract 2/3 c buttermilk 1/4 c + 1 T. Cocoa powder Grease pan with Pam Mix flour salt bpowder together Beat butter, sugar till fluffy-5 mins Add eggs one at a time Add vanilla Add half the flour mixture then 1/2 buttermilk mix until and repeat In a smaller bowl, set aside 1/3 of the batter and then add the chocolate mixture Spoon alternately each mix then with a knife, swirl through to make marbling Bake 30-40 mins or until skewer comes out clean Transfer on a plate Glaze with ganache Ganache 1 c semisweet mini morsels melted in double boiler or microwave 1T milk 2 T melted butter
