32-Acre Development Set to Begin After years of planning, development of the 32-acre parcel adjacent to the existing University Glen neighborhood is set to begin in early November. HAC Site Authority and Kennedy Wilson Management were alerted of Water Wastage in Mission Hills Apartments and University Glen Homes and CAMROSA water was gushing in to the gutter from 10:00PM to 10:30 PM overflowing in to the gutters as shown. The irrigation water is supported by CAM Fees and our funds are being misused for water wastage.
