Kabab Pot
Ingredients:
12 oz Bacon (Pieces)
2 lb Pork Cubes
3 Bell Peppers (lg chopped)
2 Onions (lg chopped)
3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
1-1/2 tbsp Curry
1 tbsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Cumin Seed
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
1/4 tsp Cayenne
2 can Diced Tomatoes
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Mustard
Salt
Slurry:
1 tbsp Cornstarch
1 tbsp Water
Set Instant Pot to Sauté.
Add Bacon & render, remove Bacon and set aside.
Sear Pork Cubes (in batches) on all sides and remove.
Add Bell Peppers, Onions, Garlic and sauté.
Incorporate Tomato Paste return Pork and Bacon, combine well.
Add Curry, Paprika, Thyme, Cumin Seed, Pepper, Ginger and Cayenne combine well.
Pour in diced Tomatoes, Red Wine Vinegar, Honey and Mustard, incorporate well.
Close and secure lid.
Set Instant Pot to Pressure Cook for 15 Minutes.
After cooking is completed, quick release after 5 Minutes.
Remove lid and stir.
Set Instant Pot to Sauté.
Combine Flout & Water, add slurry.
Stir and bring to a boil.
Salt to taste.
Simmer until thickens to your liking.

Ingredients:

Combine Flour, Milk, Eggs & Salt.

Refrigerate Batter.

Take out Tin and pour 1 tsp of Oil/Drippings in each cup, return to Oven for 15 Minutes.
Bring out Tin, quickly fill each cup equally with Batter.
Return immediately to Oven.
Bake 20 Minutes.

Ingredients:
1 cup 2 tbsp Butter, soft
3/4 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1-1/2 tsp Vanilla
2-1/2 cups Flour
3/4 cup Almond Flour
Nutella
Powdered Sugar
Round Cookie Cutter
Small hole Cutter
Cream together Butter & Sugar, add Egg and Vanilla.
Sift in Flour and add Almond Flour, work until Dough comes together.
Wrap Dough in Plastic and refrigerate 2 hours.
Line Cookie Sheet with Parchment Paper.
Preheat Oven 350° F
Use 1/3 of the Dough, (keep remaining in refrigerator) roll out on floured surface.
Cut out Cookies, in half of the Cookies cut out a small hole.
Place on Cookie Sheet.
Bake 9 - 11 Minutes.
Cool completely on Wire Rack.
Dust the Cookies that have holes, with Powdered Sugar.
Spread remaining Cookies with Nutella & top with dusted Cookies.

Oil to coat Pizza Pan
Topping:
Pizza Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
3 small Red Potatoes, pre cooked/slices

3-4 Sweet Peppers, sliced
2 Green Onions, sliced on bias
Whisk together Flour, Salt, Italian Seasoning & Parmesan Cheese.
Incorporate Greek Yogurt until Dough comes together.
Roll out Dough on floured surface, approx. 12"
Lightly oil Pizza Pan.
Preheat Oven 475° F
Sprinkle Potato Slices with Italian Seasoning.

Glazed Peach Hand Pies
Ingredients:
makes 12 Hand Pies
2 Pie Crust (store bought)
Filling:
5 Peaches (peeled & diced small)
1/2 cup Sugar
2 tbsp Cornstarch
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Pinch of Salt
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Zest of 1 Lemon
1/4 tsp Vanilla
Egg Mixture:
1 Egg
1 tbsp Milk
Icing:
3/4 cup Powdered Sugar (sifted)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Combine Peaches with sugar, mix well cover with plastic wrap and set aside 1 hour.
Strain Peaches and pour the juice in a saucepan add Cornstarch, Nutmeg and pinch of Salt. Cook over med heat, continuously stirring until it thickens.
Remove from heat and add Peaches, Vanilla, Lemon Juice and Zest. Combine and set aside to cool.
Whisk egg and Milk together, set aside.
Preheat Oven 350°F and line Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper.
Cut twelve 4"-5" rounds out of Pie Crust.
Brush Egg Mixture over a round and place a heaping of Peach Filling in the middle.
Pull Pastry over Filling, shape into a half moon and seal the Hand Pie. Press Edges together with the tines of a fork. Cut 2 slits in the top to vent. Place Hand Pies on Baking Sheet and refrigerate 30 Minutes.
Brush Egg Mixture over Pies and bake 25-30 Minutes, until golden. Completely cool on wire rack.
Mix Lemon Juice and enough Powdered Sugar until Icing is smooth and thickness to your liking.
Drizzle Icing over Hand Pies and let it set.

600 g Flour
500 g Butter
350 g Sugar
2 Eggs
2 pkg Vanilla Sugar
8 oz Berry Jam (or your choice of flavor)
Powdered Sugar

Cream Butter and Sugar together, add Eggs and Vanilla Sugar.
Incorporate Flour until the Dough comes together.
Wrap Dough in Plastic and refrigerate 1 - 2 Hours.
Preheat Oven 350° F
Line Cookie Sheet with Baking Mat or Parchment Paper
Use portion of Dough and roll out on floured surface.
Cut out Star Shapes, half of them cut a small hole in the middle.
Repeat with the rest of the Dough.
Place on Cookie Sheet & bake 10-12 Minutes.
Transfer to Wire Rack and cool completely.
Place a little Jam on solid Cookie and top with the Cookie that has the hole.

1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese (shredded & divided)
4 tbsp Bread Crumbs
1-1/2 tsp Parsley (dried)
Grease Casserole Dish with 1 tbsp of Butter, set aside.
Preheat Oven 400°F
Combine Bread Crumbs and Parsley, set aside.
Melt 1 tbsp Butter in large Skillet, sauté Carrot for 1 Minute.
Add Celery and sauté another Minute.
Add Onion and sauté one more Minute.
Season with pinch of Salt and Pepper, stir.
Add 1 tbsp Butter and Mushrooms, combine and sauté until tender, set aside.
Cook Wide Egg Noodles according to pkg directions, drain and set aside.
Combine Soup, Yogurt, Milk, Peas and Tuna, mix well.

Incorporate 4 oz Cheese.

Ingredients:
1 lb Italian Sausages
8 oz Pork Chorizo
1 Onion (chopped)

29 oz Tomato Sauce
14.5 oz Italian diced Tomatoes (Basil, Garlic, Oregano)
14.5 Italian stewed Tomatoes (Onion, Garlic, Celery, Bell Pepper)
1 Bay Leaf
Salt
Remove casing from Sausages and cut one end of the Pork Chorizo casing off.
Preheat pot, place Sausages in pot and let sit a little bit than break up Sausages while browning.
Clear middle of pot and squeeze in Pork Chorizo, sauté and combine.
Clear middle of pot and add Onions, sauté and combine.
Add Garlic and stir.
Add Spaghetti Seasoning and Italian Seasoning, incorporate well.
Add Tomato Sauce, stewed Tomatoes, diced Tomatoes, Bay Leaf and combine.
Cover and simmer for 30-40 Minutes, stirring occasionally.
Taste Sauce and Salt as needed, simmer until desired thickness.

Dumpling Soup
Ingredients:
130 gr Semolina
80 gr Butter, softened
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Nutmeg
3 Green Onions, chopped
5 cups Broth (Chicken, Beef or Vegetable your choice)
Use a Mixer and cream the Butter.
Add half of beaten Egg and mix.
Add half of Semolina and incorporate.

9" Springform
Parchment Paper
Line Springform with Parchment Paper, butter Form.
Crust:
Combine Crumbs, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon & Butter, mix well.
Place Crumb Mixture in Springform and press down.
Place in Freezer while making the Filling.
Filling:
Beat Heavy Whipping Cream, set aside in Refrigerator.
Beat Cream Cheeses until smooth.
Add Pumpkin Puree, Powdered Sugar, Brown Sugar, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Salt & Pumpkin Pie Spice, mix well.
Fold in Whipped Cream.
Spread Filling into Crust, smoothing the top.
Cover with Plastic Wrap and refrigerate 12 up to 18 hours, for best result.
When ready to serve, remove Plastic Wrap and carefully loosen the Cake from the Springform, using a knife, remove the rim.
Decorate to your liking.

7" Springform
Instant Pot
Trivet
1 cup hot Water
Line Springform with Parchment Paper, butter Form.
Combine Graham Cracker Crumbs, Sugar, Cinnamon & Butter.
Fill Springform with Crumb Mixture, press down and up on sides.
Freeze for 15 Minutes.
Combine Pumpkin Puree, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Eggs, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger & Salt, mix well.
Pour the filling into the prepared Springform. Place a trivet into Pot, add 1 cup of hot Water in Instant Pot.
Use a foil sling to lower the pie.
Secure the Lid.
Pressure Cook 30 Minutes open after 10 Minutes natural release.
Remove Pie & cool completely, (best after cooling refrigerate over night)

Mix together Brown Sugar, Sugar & Oil.
Add one Egg at a time, continue mixing.

1-1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
7 tbsp Butter/cold
1 Egg
Use Food Processor and blitz Apple Chips.
Add Flour, Sugar, Cinnamon, Baking Powder, Salt & Butter, blitz until it resembles Crumbles.
Remove 1/4 cup of Crumbles and set aside.
Add Egg and continue mixing until Dough comes together.
Remove, cover with Plastic Wrap & refrigerate 30 Minutes.
Line Cookie Sheet with Parchment Paper.
Preheat Oven 400°F.
Shape Dough Balls, approx. 25gr each.
Place equally spaced 2" apart on Cookie Sheet.
Use 2 Fingers and press down slightly.
Top with reserved Crumble and press lightly.
Bake 8-10 Minutes.
Rest 5 Minutes on Cookie Sheet, cool completely on Wire Rack.

How to make Healthy Cinnamon Apple Chips
You don't need a Food Dehydrator to make delicious healthy Cinnamon Apple Chips, just use your Oven. A great Snack, you could also sprinkle them with Pumpkin Spice, Ginger, Nutmeg or leave them plain.
Cinnamon Apple Chips
Ingredients:
3 Cosmic Crisp Apples
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
3 cups Water, cold
Cinnamon
Add Lemon Juice to Water.
Use Mendoline, carefully slice Apples as thin as possible, remove Seeds.
Place Slices in Lemon Water to prevent oxidation.
Line Baking Sheets with Parchment Paper.
Preheat Oven 200° F
Dry Apple Slices with Kitchen or Paper Towel.
Sprinkle with Cinnamon on both sides.
Place in single layer, not touching on Baking Sheet.
Dry Apple Slices for 1 hour 15 min.
Flip Chips over, continue drying for another 1 hr. 15 min. or until crisp.
Chips will get firmer when cooled.
(Tip: Store in airtight Container, if you don't consume them the same day and Chips are not that crisp anymore, just place them shortly in the Oven on low temp)

How to make 3 different Pfannkuchen/Pancakes Recipes
Three different ways to make Pfannkuchen/Pancakes. Plain or with Plantain/Ricotta or Peanut Butter/Banana. All are great with Apple Sauce, Nutella or Berry Sauce on the side.
Plain Pfannkuchen
Ingredients:
1 cup Flour
3/4 cup Milk
2 Eggs
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Sugar
8 tsp Butter
Combine Flour, Sugar, Cinnamon & Salt whisk well.
Integrate Eggs and gradually add Milk until Batter is smooth and runny.
(you can add more or less Milk, depending on how thick you like your Pfannkuchen)
Rest Batter for 5 Minutes.
Melt 1 tsp of Butter in an 8" Skillet on med/high heat.
Pour 1 (Soup) Ladle of Batter in Skillet, distribute evenly in pan.
Cook until set about 2 Minutes.
Flip Pfannkuchen, continue cooking until golden.
Repeat with the Rest of Batter, makes approx. 8 Pfannkuchen.

Plantain Ricotta Pfannkuchen
Ingredients:
1-3/4 cups Flour
2 med Plantains
2 cups Milk
3 tbsp Ricotta Cheese
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Nutmeg
2 Eggs
16 tsp Butter
Peel and cut Plantains in 1" pieces.
Blend Plantains, Eggs, Ricotta, Salt, Nutmeg, Sugar & 1 cup of Milk until smooth.
Combine Flour & Plantain Mixture.
Incorporate more Milk (approx. 1 cup) whisk, until batter is smooth & runny.
For each Pfannkuchen melt 1 tsp Butter in 8" Skillet on med/high heat.
Pour one (soup) ladle of batter, swirl and tilt skillet, cook until set.
Flip & continue cooking until golden.
Repeat with rest of batter, makes 16 Plantain Ricotta Pfannkuchen.

Peanut Butter Banana Pfannkuchen
Ingredients:
1-1/4 cups Flour
2 Eggs
1 Banana
2 tbsp Peanut Butter
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
10 tsp Butter
Blend together Banana, Eggs, Peanut Butter, Brown Sugar, Salt, Vanilla & Milk.
Whisk together Flour and Wet Mixture.
Rest Batter for 10 Minutes.
Melt 1 tsp of Butter in 8" Skillet on med/high heat.
Pour in 1 ladle of Batter, cook until set.
Flip and continue cooking until golden.
Repeat with the rest of Batter, makes 10 Peanut Butter Banana Pfannkuchen.
(Tip: keep cooked Pfannkuchen warm in the oven on lowest temperature until ready to serve.)

Homemade Apple Fritters Recipe
An easy way to make your own homemade Apple Fritters, drizzled with a Powdered Sugar Glaze, great Dessert.
Apple Fritters
Ingredients:
3 Cosmic Crisp Apples (3-1/2 cups/diced)
1 tbsp fresh Lemon Juice
1-1/2 cups Flour
4 tbs Sugar
1-1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Eggs, room temp
1 tsp Vanilla
1/3 cup Whole Milk
2 tbsp Apple Sauce
Oil for frying
Glaze
Ingredients:
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
2-4 tsp Milk
Pell, core & dice Apples add Lemon Juice stir and set aside.
Combine Flour, Sugar, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Baking Powder & Salt.
Whisk well, set aside.
Combine Eggs, Vanilla, Milk & Apple Sauce, whisk well.
Incorporate dry Ingredients.
Add diced Apples, don't overmix.
Place Paper Towel on Wire Rack.
In medium Pan with 1-1/2 -2" deep Oil heat to 375 degrees.
Or until bubbles show when you dip the wooden spoon handle inside.
Drop 3 large spoon full of Batter in hot Oil.
Cook until golden, approx. 2-3 Minutes.
Flip Apple Fritters, continue cooking until golden and cooked through. (approx. 2-3 Minutes)
Remove Fritters and cool on prepared Wire Rack.
Repeat with rest of Batter, makes 12 Fritters.
Sift Powdered Sugar, add Vanilla and Milk (enough until liked thickness) whisk well until smooth.
Drizzle Glaze over cooled Apple Fritters, let set.

How to make delicious Turmeric Rice
It is so easy to make delicious Turmeric Rice at home, a wonderful side dish to enhance a Dinner.
Turmeric Rice
Ingredients:
1-3/4 cups Rice
1 sm White Onion, finely chopped
1 large Garlic Clove, minced
1-1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
3-1/2 cups Chicken Broth
1/2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
Wash and dry Rice.
On med/high temp, heat the Coconut Oil.
Sauté Onions until soft.
Add Garlic and stir.
Incorporate Turmeric, Salt & Pepper, sauté shortly.
Add Rice stir and cook 5-6 Minutes on high heat until lightly toasted.
Add Chicken Broth, stir and bring to a boil.
Cover, lower heat and simmer 15-20 Minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Remove from heat, rest for 5 Minutes.
Fluff the Turmeric Rice with a fork and sprinkle with the Parsley.

How to make Scrumptious Kaiserschmarrn (Pancake Dessert or Dinner)
This is a wonderful Recipe for a Kaiserschmarrn, a Pancake Dessert served with Fig, Berry Jam & Apple Sauce. Or omit the Powdered Sugar and serve as Dinner or Lunch with a tossed Salad.
Kaiserschmarrn Ingredients:
1 cup Flour
3 Eggs
3/4 cup Whole Milk
4 tbsp Sugar, divided
1 tsp Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
1/4 cup Raisins
2-1/2 tbsp Rum
3 tbsp Butter, divided
Powdered Sugar
Soak Raisins in Rum for 10 Minutes drain & dry, set aside.
Separate Eggs.
Cream together Egg Yolks, Vanilla, Salt & 2 tbsp Sugar.
Incorporate alternately Flour & Milk, mix well, set aside.
In separate bowl beat Egg Whites until stiff.
Fold Egg Whites (in batches) into Flour Mixtures, do not over mix.
Melt 2 tbsp of Butter in 12" Skillet on med Heat.
Pour in Batter and cook for 3 Minutes.
Sprinkle with Raisins and continue cooking until bottom is golden, approx. 3 more Minutes.
Keep checking, when golden cut in quarters and flip.
Continue cooking until golden, then cut in bite sized pieces.
Add rest of Butter and sprinkle with remaining Sugar.
Stir and cook a few more Minutes.
Dust with Powdered Sugar before serving.
