Today I'm discussing self-acceptance balanced with self-care. What your body needs to thrive and the changes you can start to make. Also personal story and resources for you to further explore.

In this video I discuss that in order to take the path of healing in our lives, we must first start by acknowledging the pain and suffering that comes with life. This is undeniable and it is important to sit with this truth of life, HOWEVER it is equally important to consider what we are grateful for and to NOT let the trauma and drama of life become our identity. We must cultivate and refine ourselves continually in order to heal- which is to find peace and contentment. I hope you enjoy!

Let's talk about this new movie, Sound of Freedom, which brings to light the horrors of the happenings in the darkest places of humanity- child sex trafficking. Keep in mind this is a film, not a documentary(though documentaries are out there and a 4 part series is up next to follow this movie). I think it is definitely worth your time to go see it!
