Dancing on my very green lawn that I worked very hard on, actually reduces my anxiety by a huge amount! I feel instantly better whenever I step barefoot on the green grass! Earthing does work! Dancing makes it more fun!

Living with #rhuematoidarthritis at age #sixty is a challenge so when I feel good enough to move and play around to the music, I record it so I can remember this feeling on bad days~
