San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department: 909-387-3690 7. Asha Degree - On Feb. 14, 2000, nine-year-old Asha went missing from her home in Shelby, North Carolina. She was last seen by her parents in the early morning hours of Valentine's Day, sleeping in her bed. In 2015, the FBI announced that they had new leads in the case, but no further information has been released. FBI Charlotte: 701-672-6100 6. Michael Negrete - On Dec. 10, 1999, Michael, a 19-year-old freshman at UCLA, went missing. He was last seen at his dormitory, Hitch Suites, on the UCLA campus. In 2013, Alex's brother Steve stated that prior to his disappearance, Michael had recently taken drugs including ecstasy, and had attended raves. In his opinion, Michael had, while under the influence of drugs, left the building and subsequently been abducted.
