The purpose of this series is to motivate our children to admire islamic code of dressing , so they look up to hijab , beard , modesty and essentially a humble way of life. . No body gets to control their minds that practicing islam is old fashioned and dull . When our prayers , our sacrifices, our lives and death, all are for Allah the Lord of the worlds then why not teach our kids to embrace the trend of Allah ( his commands). ‎اِنَّ صَلوتِي وَ نُسُكِي وَ مَحْيَايَ وَ مَمَاتِي لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ My prayers, my sacrifice, my life and my death, are for Allah the Lord of the worlds. Sura al-An’am, verse 162 We aim to light a spark to their consciousness , that like every one else they should not join the heedless duniya race competing for expensive brands, or getting expensive gadgets trying to standout and the purpose of life becomes chasing duniya . Instead, our children should proudly live and wear the dress of Taqwa. They shouldn’t feel proud wasting money on buying things that feed selfish desires. Instead, they contribute to society . They practice charity, kindness, forgiveness, and most importantly hold themselves back from hurting anyone emotionally or physically . They only say from their tongues what is dear to Allah . They gain the inner strength to hold back their tongues and hands in anger or from any thing that brings displeasure of Allah, even if its against their own selves. That is the REAL strength they need to gain, the real trend they need to be start and a real battle against Shaitan they need to win. Why do Muslims Pray? We hope to explain this concept in a story telling way with visuals. So , children can imagine what our Prophet Muhammad PBUH went through to bring us this present of Salah. And most importantly why its a present and NOT a burden. We aim to change this perspective and let our children view Salah as something that makes them stronger and powerful to fight the hardships and a place to find peace and happiness especially in Sajood. How it is a gift, what we do in Salah and why we should try to give our best efforts to our daily Salahs. The previous episode’s second part is still being worked on. This Episode targets children who watch Superheroes fighting villains with gadgets and superpowers. Our children need to know the most powerful weapon is Dua and Azkar. Those are the REAL special powers of people given by Allah. They do not need to wear a superhero cape, or rely on any gadget. The beauty of the special powers given by Allah are not dependent on anything but on the connection with him hence NO villian can take them away. They will learn how to fight the whispers , evil inclinations of the real Villian Iblees. Each time, they have a negative thought they know its from Iblees and how to protect themselves from him. There are other episodes for much younger children, without fighting scenes and scary Iblees. Those episodes will be focusing on shaping the personalities with discipline, respect, love & kindness.
