That Muscle Shoals Sound (Official Music Video)
“That Muscle Shoals Sound” is a tribute song for Jimmy Johnson and The Swampers, (Barry Beckett, David Hood and Roger Hawkins). The song lyrics and official music video tell the story of a hopefully guitar player who thumbs a ride to Muscle Shoals to get a job at the Muscle Shoals Sound recording studio. The storyline is fashioned loosely around Duane Allman’s venture to Muscle Shoals and artist Rick Revel’s own experience in the music business. The video is like a journey back in time when Southern Rock was born and Swamp Music dominated the charts. The song is hot, but the video is hotter.

Queen Of The Mississip' by Rick Revel (Official Music Video)
When Rick wrote this song he was sitting on the bank of the Cumberland River in Dover, TN while the Queen of the Mississippi was moored to the dock. Always being an admirer of Stephen Foster, Rick wanted the song to have a bit of an 1800's traditional feel. Utilizing his Southern charm and country-fried wit, Queen of the Mississip' is a frolicking tune that will definitely get your toes to tapping.
