SWAT Officer Shoots Suspect Attempting To Stab Police K-9
* (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) *
Jacksonville, Florida — On Wednesday, April 12, 2023, a call was made about a possible kidnapping and burglary at a home in the 12700 block of Copper Springs Road near Hodges Boulevard. It came from the woman's friend about 12:30 a.m. saying the woman could not get out of the home after he forced his way in and was threatening her with a knife. The woman had texted the friend. She could not get out of the bedroom, he was known to be armed with a knife and has threatened her many times before. Officers were able to convince her and get her to go out through the master bathroom window. That’s when the standoff began. SWAT arrived around 5 a.m. in the Bentwater neighborhood and used a bullhorn to try to get 38-year-old Matvey Klimenkoto come out.
Klimenkoto threw items at police and appeared to still be armed with a knife, police said. He then fled the scene through several homes. Officers unleashed K-9 Zeke, and Klimenkoto appeared to be about to stab the dog. That’s when police said he was shot. Klimenko died on scene. Klimenkoto was a convicted felon and had several warrants for charges involving this woman. He was reportedly terrorizing the woman for months, reports the Florida Times-Union. Police say there were calls to service involving conflict between him and the ex-girlfriend since December 2022. The woman had tried to end the relationship and move "in secret," but the man was able to pursue her after he hacked into her email account and found evidence of where she was living, police said.

Sandy Police Officer Shoots Man Running Toward Him
(Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) * Sandy, Utah — On Sunday, March 26, 2023, around 1:00 a.m., police from the Sandy Police Department were dispatched on reports of a person who was having a mental health crisis and was possibly suicidal. As an officer was on his way to the area, police learned that the person had left a residence in the neighborhood. That officer found the man, later identified as 33-year-old Dylan William Murphy walking along 1000 East at around 11600 South. Murphy crossed the street in front of the officer, and then started walking toward him. The officer gets out of his car and calls out to Murphy to show him his hands. Murphy starts running toward the officer. The officer then shouts “Hands!” at Murphy twice more before firing his weapon at least three times, about seven seconds after his first command to Murphy. The officer was running backward while shooting at Murphy, and at one point fell on his back. Once the officer gets up, he shouts three more times for Murphy to show his hands, the footage shows. Murphy then charges the officer, and the officer shoots at Murphy twice more. The officer then yells again for Murphy to show his hands, and orders Murphy to roll back onto his stomach, to which he complies. The officer then orders Murphy to keep his arms out, but Murphy instead tries to get up off the ground. The officer repeatedly commands Murphy to remain where he is, but Murphy moves to a crawling position before standing up and walking toward the officer. The officer shouts three more commands, then shoots Murphy in the torso. Murphy then falls to the ground, and died due to his injuries. Murphy's family, described him as struggling with drug addiction and that he was attempting to get help. The officer, who was not identified, remains on paid administrative leave. He has been a member of the department since March 2021. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Special thanks to Shout-Out Supporters on Patreon: - 'BoJassim' - 'Sopaul' - Ignacio Girdeux - Michael Mortimer - 'Mystery Mayhem' - 'Liberatorgamer' - Lisa Overly - 'T.L.S.' - Connor Davies - Paul Rohrbaugh - Nash Martin - 'Necko' - Gerardo Flores - Richard Vannieuwenhuyse - Rose Keyes - 'Popeyez' - 'DIY Solar Power with Will Prowse' - 'Roman1983' - Anthony Eufemio - 'Donkbot' - Gage Kissinger - Alex F - Eian Smith - 'HelloDarknessMyOldFriend' - 'coco Coco' - 'The Chocolate Thief' - 'Jacob from Wisconi' - 'gorey hole' - Joe ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Border Patrol Agent Shoots Man Smuggling Undocumented Migrants in a BMW
(Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) * Sasabe, Arizona — On March 14, 2023, at approximately 6:18 p.m. a U.S. Border Patrol remote camera operator observed multiple suspected undocumented migrants load into a BMW sedan, approximately one mile north of the Port of Entry at Sasabe, Ariz. The camera operator transmitted the information to Border Patrol agents in the area via radio. Two agents who were parked in separate marked Border Patrol vehicles near mile marker 12 on State Route 286 observed a BMW pass their location driving northbound and began to follow. The driver of the BMW was reportedly driving in an erratic manner turning the vehicle’s turn signals on and off and speeding up and slowing down. The agents activated their emergency equipment to conduct a vehicle stop at 6:34 p.m. The BMW failed to yield, and a pursuit ensued. The BMW turned westbound Near mile marker 20 on SR 286 onto Brown Bear Canyon Road, and the agents continued to pursue the vehicle. The driver of the BMW turned the vehicle to the south 3.8 miles west of SR 286 at approximately 6:41p.m., while attempting to turn around. Customs and Border Protection’s Office of Professional Responsibility special agents reviewed incident driven video recording system footage related to the incident captured by body worn camera. The footage showed the first Border Patrol agent who arrived positioned his Border Patrol vehicle behind the BMW, exited his vehicle, and approached the driver’s side of the BMW. The agent used his collapsible straight baton to break the rear and front driver’s side windows of the BMW. The agent reached into the vehicle as the vehicle moved in reverse. The driver of the BMW continued to move the vehicle backwards as the agent attempted to hold the driver’s left arm. The vehicle stopped and the driver changed gears and started turning the steering wheel with his right hand while the agent was holding him by his left forearm, which was outside and below the driver’s side window. The agent drew his handgun and fired one time striking the driver of the BMW. Border Patrol agents secured the six occupants of the vehicle which included one U.S. citizen who was sitting in the front seat and exited the vehicle immediately before the shooting, two undocumented migrants in the back seat, and three additional undocumented migrants in the trunk. Both agents, who were trained as emergency medical technicians, rendered aid to the driver of the vehicle by performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation and using an automated external defibrillator. The driver, a U.S. citizen, was declared deceased on the scene by the Pima County Sheriff’s Department. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Special thanks to Shout-Out Supporters on Patreon: - 'BoJassim' - 'Sopaul' - Ignacio Girdeux - Michael Mortimer - 'Mystery Mayhem' - 'Liberatorgamer' - Lisa Overly - 'T.L.S.' - Connor Davies - Paul Rohrbaugh - Nash Martin - 'Necko' - Gerardo Flores - Richard Vannieuwenhuyse - Rose Keyes - 'Popeyez' - 'DIY Solar Power with Will Prowse' - 'Roman1983' - Anthony Eufemio - 'Donkbot' - Gage Kissinger - Alex F - Eian Smith - 'HelloDarknessMyOldFriend' - 'coco Coco' - 'The Chocolate Thief' - 'Jacob from Wisconi' - 'gorey hole' - Joe ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
