White Hot & Sour Soup
Serves 7-8
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Lehsan powder 1 tbs
ایک کھانے کا چمچ لہسن پاؤڈر
Chicken 250 g
چکن 250 g
Chicken powder 2 tbsp
دو کھانے کے چمچ چکن پاؤڈر
Yakhni (Stock) 2 liter
یخنی کے لیے دو لیٹر پانی
Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
نمک حسب ذائقہ
Kali mirch powder 1 tsp
ایک چمچ پسی ہوئی کالی مرچ
Soy sauce 2-3 tbs
دو سے تین کھانے کے چمچ سویا سوس
Chilli sauce 2-3 tbs
دو سے تین کھانے کے چمچ چلی سوس
Cornflour 5-6 tbs or as required
کارن فلور چار سے پانچ چمچ
Water ½ Cup or as required
پانی حسب ضرورت
Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
انڈے دو عدد پھینٹ کر
Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed
Directions:
-In a pot,add cooking oil,garlic,ginger & mix well.
-Add green chillies & mix well.
-Add chicken and mix well until it changes color.
-Add stock & mix well.
-Add white pepper powder,salt,black pepper powder,vinegar,lemon juice,soy sauce,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Add cabbage,carrots,baby corns,green herbs,fresh rosemary,mix well & cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes.
-Add green onion leaves and mix well.
-In cornflour,add water and whisk well.
-Now add dissolved conrflour,mix well and cook on medium low flame until desired consistency (approx. 2 minutes).
-Add whisked eggs,stir gently & cook for a minute.
-Sprinkle black pepper crushed,green onion leaves & serve!

3 tomatoes sliced
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
