Hello everyone! Here's an event I thought was pretty unique so I decided to attend it this past Saturday (Oct. 7 2023)... This is footage from the Chief Hanes Memorial Pumper Pull held each year in DeLand Florida. The footage speaks for itself so please check it out and enjoy. If you ever decide to attend this event it's a very good time. They have a few places right in this location to get some good food and some unique micro brews if you are a fan of craft beer like I am. DeLand is a really cool little town roughly twenty minutes from Daytona. There are a lot of cool little shops and restaurants and a pretty cool aviation museum plus there are some state parks nearby if you like nature. Check out DeLand if you are ever in the area... Hello Railfans! I'm slowly ramping back up after taking a month off due to heat exhaustion and just being extremely busy on top of that.... This is not the FEC Report but just a short video of FEC-105 southbound to New Smyrna Beach and then returning northbound to Jacksonville. Sadly during the recording of this video I found a dog that was most likely hit by a train laying in the middle of the tracks. I also found the collar nearby which had a phone number on it. Hello my friends! I hope you are all doing well.... Here is a short video of my journey to Blue Spring State Park in Orange City Fl. which is roughly thirty minutes from where I currently live. It's a pretty cool place to visit. You can go diving here, boat rides, picnic, kayaking and hiking and biking and so on!!! It really is a great place to get away from it all and relax. Be warned about one thing however.....If you plan on having a picnic there are lots of Vultures here that would be happy to steal your food so take precautions to secure your picnic area before going for a hike a walk. BTW there is a fee to get in here but it's very cheap. Be aware that sometimes this park gets so jam packed that they will shut down entrance until some people leave the park....
