Was screwing around overhead barbell pressing with the boys and tried a single arm the other day, so wanted to try and see where I could top out on it. It's a fun test of strength for sure and curious to see how it compares to a heavy single dumbbell.

Benching and hitting some PRs with the boys.

Hitting a 425 squat for 2 reps... kinda. The second rep wasn't quite crease of the hips top of the knee cap, but I'm still happy with it. My Squat Session: 1 Set 135 x 8 reps 1 Set 225 x 5 reps 1 Set 335 x 2 reps 1 Set 425 x 2(ish) reps 1 Set 225 x 8 reps 2 Sets 135 x 20 reps

Pulling a 525 deadlift after about 2 months of training reps. Trying to pull a new PR by 20 pounds every 2 months to break 600 by winter time.

Grinded this one out for FULL ROM...

Failing an attempted Squat PR of 425 lbs for 1 rep, but then hitting a 405 PR twice for redemption. Also trying some single arm lateral deadlifts to hit my oblique (and boy do they hit your obliques). I usually finish leg day with Straight Leg Deadlifts or Romanian Deadlifts. Total Workout Squats: 2 sets 135lbs for 8 reps 1 set of 225lbs for 4 reps 1 rep of 335lbs 1 fail of 425lbs 2 reps of 405 lb redemption Single Arm Lateral Deadlift: 1 set of 135lbs for 8 reps for each arm 1 set of 225lbs for 4 reps for each arm Straight Leg Deadlifs: 3 sets of 225lbs for 8 reps

Doing some squats then trying some exercises in worst snow storm of this winter. Squating to work on hip/leg drive in my deadlifts. Lunges and farmer carries through the snow because I'm an idiot. Don't try this at home.

This is favorite bench chest routine since I got a multi-grip bar. 1. Warm up with 2 sets 8 reps of 135 2. Heavy Bench 2 rep sets until you hit your 2 rep max 3. 2 sets of 135 of on the multi-grip bar with 8 reps on each position (widest to narrowest) 4. 4 sets of 40 incline plate press. Squeeze hard and fully extend. Go lighter if you can't keep a solid squeeze and full extension

Doing Deadlifts, because every other exercise is inferior. Pulled 505 lbs again, but I forgot how use proper form and rode the struggle bus through it. Finished with AMRAP 335 lbs
