One of the many cool things about a Tesla is that it's mostly software driven. So something needs to be fixed, upgraded, or added...no problem, they download it to your car wirelessly. This was a fun Christmas surprise - it's Tesla's Holiday Light Show. Enjoy!

"Growing up in Disneyland" is part biography about Ron's father, Broadway, movie, and TV star, Don DeFore, and his own autobiography. Don DeFore earned a star on Hollywood Boulevard's Walk of Fame and was a household name in the 1950s and 60s. He co-starred in numerous feature films with many Hollywood legends, TV shows, and live theater. He is best known for "The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet" in which he played the next-door-neighbor, "Thorny," and his co-starring role as "Mr. B" in the 1960s TV series, "Hazel." The book includes much of Don's unpublished autobiography, "Hollywood-DeFore 'n After."

If you grew up in the Los Angeles area listening to pop music AM radio in the 1950s and '60s - at the birth of rock and roll, you will love listening to this short video I compiled. Boy, does it bring back memories! Enjoy!

Besides my Dad's considerable fame - -TV/Movie star Don DeFore - - I can't leave out my Mom, Marion Holmes, who was the featured vocalist for two popular orchestras in the late 1930s and early 40s - Henry Busse, and Art Kassel and His Kassels in the Air and recorded with both. Here's her recording with the later that made "I'm a Little Tea Pot" famous.

Ron DeFore interviewed live on KTLA-TV in Los Angeles regarding his new book, "Growing Up in Disneyland." This was an amazing experience as KTLA is where Ron started his career nearly 50 years ago!
