in 2013 a mistaken 911 call was used to by the police to violently arrest me after I had asserted my rights allowing me to give evidence of my Charter rights being severely violated in court. What I earned during that experience wll be very useful for others who recently gone through a similar violation. This will succeed if your case is as outrageous as mine while maintaining firm in not consenting to authority This is cost effective strategy that any individual with standing can apply locally if enough people take their rights seriously and start suing and winning. This Charter is setup to prevent authorities from abusing their authority. A win is glorious. We need to let people know they have this option as Canadians

We are fighting back to end this violation of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom. I explain in this video my own experience fighting back from local police who ignored peoples rights like they are in Toronto. Protesting is half the battle, dealing with Charter violations in court is very effective especially when it cancels the draconian laws used to justify the tyranny.
