NYC Mayor Eric Adams Official Has ‘No Sympathy’ For Those Forced Out of Jobs from COVID Vax Mandate
F**K ‘EM: NYC Mayor Eric Adams Advance Team Official Reveals He Has ‘No Sympathy’ For Public Sector Employees Forced Out of Jobs Due to COVID Vaccine Mandate
• Chris Baugh, Advance Team Aide, NYC Mayor Eric Adams: “I have no sympathy for them. They made a choice [not to get vaccinated]. They chose not to do a very harmless thing that protects the rest of society. F**k ‘em. 1,400 people voluntarily quit their jobs rather than get vaccinated. They don’t deserve their jobs back. We have thousands and thousands of vacancies in city government right now. I’m worried about filling all of those jobs more than I’m worried about giving people who volunteered to leave their job back.”
• Baugh: “I don’t give a sh*t. They are like, ‘This is unfair.’ F**king deal with it. We’re allowed to set the terms of employment. Period.”
• Baugh: “I have no sympathy for those people. That was the rule. You had a very cushy government job…Again, no one was required to get vaccinated. You just had to get vaccinated if you had a job. So, you could have moved to Florida.”
• Baugh: “The cops are mad at us though because we rolled back the private sector mandate, but we’re not rolling back the public sector mandate…COVID is over is the short answer. Why are we still doing it [vaccine mandate] for the public sector? I don’t know. We will probably stop that in a few months.”
• Baugh: “Being a cop is like the cushiest gig in the city. Like, you might get shot, but otherwise it’s very good.”
• Baugh: “I’ve just always joked -- New York is sort of like Hogwarts. Like, it’s a lot of fun, great opportunities, and people die.”
[NEW YORK – Oct. 19, 2022] Project Veritas Action released a second video today exposing the staff and inside workings of New York City mayor Eric Adams.
Chris Baugh, an official working inside the Mayor’s office, told an undercover journalist what NYC policymakers think about public servants who lost their jobs because of the COVID vaccine mandate.
“I have no sympathy for them. They made a choice [not to get vaccinated]. They chose not to do a very harmless thing that protects the rest of society. F**k ‘em. 1,400 people voluntarily quit their jobs rather than get vaccinated. They don’t deserve their jobs back,” Baugh said.
“We have thousands and thousands of vacancies in city government right now. I’m worried about filling all of those jobs more than I’m worried about giving people who volunteered to leave their job back,” he said.
In several other instances, Baugh continued to double down on the lack of compassion these unvaccinated individuals deserve.
“I don’t give a sh*t. They are like, ‘This is unfair.’ F**king deal with it. We’re allowed to set the terms of employment. Period,” he said.
“I have no sympathy for those people. That was the rule. You had a very cushy government job…Again, no one was required to get vaccinated. You just had to get vaccinated if you had a job. So, you could have moved to Florida.”
Baugh also spoke about how Mayor Adams feels about this matter.
“He said, ‘They quit. Why should they get their jobs back? They quit.’”
The city official went on to dismiss concerns expressed by NYPD officers.
“The cops are mad at us though because we rolled back the private sector mandate, but we’re not rolling back the public sector mandate…COVID is over is the short answer. Why are we still doing it [vaccine mandate] for the public sector? I don’t know. We will probably stop that in a few months,” Baugh said.
“Being a cop is like the cushiest gig in the city. Like, you might get shot, but otherwise it’s very good,” he said.
“I’ve just always joked -- New York is sort of like Hogwarts. Like, it’s a lot of fun, great opportunities, and people die.”

New York City Mayor Eric Adams Top Aide ADMITS Migrant Crisis is Catastrophic for City
Top Aide to NYC Mayor Eric Adams ADMITS Migrant Crisis is Catastrophic for the City … ‘Flooded Our System’ … ‘Eventually Going to Make Biden Look Bad’ … ‘I Don’t Know that Eric Adams is Capable Enough to Navigate it’
• Chris Baugh, Advance Team Aide, NYC Mayor Eric Adams: “There was talk about us just limiting the number of migrants we would accept, and I’m glad we didn’t do it that way. But I still think what [Texas Governor] Abbott was doing has proven effective. Like, it’s flooded our system. We have more people in social services than we’ve ever have -- potentially ever in history. So, it’s effectively demonstrating the strain.”
• Baugh: “Frankly, I don’t know how much Biden is going to appreciate having a mayor be like, ‘Hey, you owe blue cities money because of this migrant crisis.’ Like, eventually that’s going to make Biden look bad. We’re a month out [until] midterms and he is not going to like that. It’s a very perilous situation for him and I don’t know that Eric Adams is capable enough to navigate it.”
• Baugh: “I think the optics of this are bad for Biden and bad for the mayor, and I think Biden saying, ‘Alright, I’m just gonna give money to New York City because they can’t take care of these migrants’ is just gonna be bad politics for him.”
• Baugh: “Emergency [federal] money should be going to Florida and Puerto Rico before it should be coming here [to NYC]. Ultimately, it’s us struggling to comply with our own laws. Our ‘Right to Shelter Laws’ and other stuff.”
• Baugh: “It’s going to be the biggest test of his [Adams’] political career, which is kind of wild being that he has been in office for nine months or 10 months now…Just like, if he gets this right, like, if we can weather the surge of migrants and commit to, whatever it’s called, ‘Right to Shelter Laws’ and all of that, he is going to look like a hero. If [it] goes the other direction, Greg Abbott and Ron DeSantis are going to be like, ‘The Democrats don’t practice what they preach,’ and it’s going to be a huge pitfall for him…this could define his entire time in office.”
• NYC Mayor’s Press Secretary Fabien Levy RESPONDS: “Time and again, Project Veritas has lied and spliced video to spin false narratives and deceive the American people. No one has any reason to believe a word from an enterprise run by a convicted criminal and one that admitted to lying in an effort to even have a conversation with a member of our team.”
[NEW YORK – Oct. 18, 2022] Project Veritas Action released a new video today exposing New York City mayor Eric Adams’ difficulties in handling the ongoing migrant crisis.
Chris Baugh, one of Adams’ top aides, was recorded discussing how delicate the situation in the city has become due to the thousands of migrants being sent up north from the U.S-Mexico border.
“There was talk about us just limiting the number of migrants we would accept, and I’m glad we didn’t do it that way. But I still think what [Texas Governor] Abbott was doing has proven effective. Like, it’s flooded our system,” Baugh said.
“We have more people in social services than we’ve ever have -- potentially ever in history. So, it’s effectively demonstrating the strain,” he said.
Baugh explained how this situation is not only a problem for his boss, Adams, but also for Joe Biden.
The aide believes this could cause tension between the mayor’s office and the federal executive branch.
“Frankly, I don’t know how much Biden is going to appreciate having a mayor be like, ‘Hey, you owe blue cities money because of this migrant crisis.’ Like, eventually that’s going to make Biden look bad. We’re a month out [until] midterms and he is not going to like that. It’s a very perilous situation for him and I don’t know that Eric Adams is capable enough to navigate it,” said Adams’ Advance Team aide.
“I think the optics of this are bad for Biden and bad for the mayor, and I think Biden saying, ‘Alright, I’m just gonna give money to New York City because they can’t take care of these migrants’ is just gonna be bad politics for him.”
Baugh, however, does acknowledge that blame falls on New York City officials in the end.
“Emergency [federal] money should be going to Florida and Puerto Rico before it should be coming here [to NYC]. Ultimately, it’s us struggling to comply with our own laws. Our ‘Right to Shelter Laws’ and other stuff,” he said.
“It’s going to be the biggest test of his [Adams’] political career, which is kind of wild being that he has been in office for nine months or 10 months now…Just like, if he gets this right, like, if we can weather the surge of migrants and commit to, whatever it’s called, ‘Right to Shelter Laws’ and all of that, he is going to look like a hero. If [it] goes the other direction, Greg Abbott and Ron DeSantis are going to be like, ‘The Democrats don’t practice what they preach,’ and it’s going to be a huge pitfall for him,” he said.
“So, we’ll see. Like I said, this could define his entire time in office.”

Katie Hobbs and Head Consultant Joe Wolf HIDE in restaurant bathrooms before FLEEING Veritas Action
• Project Veritas Action Press Secretary RC Maxwell approached Hobbs to ask questions on PVA’s latest story. The candidate spilled her drink all over the ground as she attempted to avoid the conversation.
• Hobbs proceeded to walk back and forth before settling for a bathroom inside a restaurant.
• Joe Wolf, who was also exposed in PVA’s reporting, showed up soon after to escort Hobbs into a vehicle and leave the scene.
[PHOENIX – Oct. 12, 2022] Project Veritas Action released a new video today showing the interaction between PVA Press Secretary, RC Maxwell, and Arizona Democrat gubernatorial candidate, Katie Hobbs, as she hid from the journalist to evade answering any questions.
PVA released a video yesterday that exposed the Hobbs campaign for having contradictory views on guns as well as strategizing excuses to avoid debating Republican candidate Kari Lake.
Maxwell approached Hobbs with questions on these issues, which led the candidate to spill her drink and walk away from the reporter.
Hobbs soon after settled for a bathroom in a restaurant as she waited for her campaign staff to pick her up.
Joe Wolf, the campaign’s Head Political Consultant, escorted Hobbs into a car without answering any questions.

Arizona Gov. Candidate Katie Hobbs “I don’t want to talk politics to anyone who I don’t know”
• Katie Hobbs, Democrat Arizona Gubernatorial Candidate: An Uber driver asked me “‘Oh, what do you do?’ And I was like, ‘Uh, I work for a campaign.’ I don’t know why I said that -- I just didn’t want to have this conversation. And he’s like, ‘Oh, Kari Lake?’ And I was like, ‘F**k no!’ I don’t want to talk to you. I don’t want to talk politics to anyone who I don’t know.”
• Joe Wolf, Head Political Consultant, Hobbs Campaign: Hobbs would support an assault weapons ban “if she could, yeah. I mean the problem is that it’s a federal issue, right?”
• Wolf: “Because it's a federal issue and like, you know, there's nothing she could do about it -- at least immediately, right? And some kind of advocating for it publicly, which is really more impactful once you're governor. So, it’s kind of like, this state is crazy about their guns, so we're not gonna take the beating for it before she can do anything about it.”
• Wolf: “That is an AR-15 [in our car] … Easier to fire than a handgun … That’s why it’s scary.”
• Nicole DeMont, Campaign Manager, Hobbs Campaign: “When Clean Elections was like, ‘Here’s the debate format,’ it was exactly the same as the primary. It was like, we’re not gonna put her [Hobbs] in that, like she’s not gonna be a part of something like that. Like, if you wanna make a format that actually allows for a substantive policy debate, where you can compare positions, sure we’ll do that…So, they want to see Kari [Lake] create this spectacle. We’re not participating in that…We’re doing a bunch of forums where we can actually hear both sides.”
[PHOENIX – Oct. 11, 2022] Project Veritas Action released a new video today exposing Democrat Arizona Gubernatorial Candidate, Katie Hobbs’, concealment of her position on guns. Hobbs also admits to avoiding policy conversations with constituents, and her campaign discusses how to keep the candidate away from the debate stage.
Joe Wolf, who serves as the Hobbs Campaign’s Head Political Consultant, opened up about his candidate’s position on guns and why it’s not worth telling the public for now:
PVA Journalist: Would Katie [Hobbs] support something like an assault weapons ban?
Wolf: If she could, yeah. I mean, the problem is that it’s a federal issue, right?
PVA Journalist: Right, or like if something came down in the states.
Wolf: Yeah.
PVA Journalist: Because I noticed like, [Senator Mark] Kelly is kind of open about it and I know Katie [Hobbs] said like, “Oh, she supports gun reform.” But I haven't heard anything explicit. Is that more just because--- is there like a big difference between--
Wolf: Policy wise? No. Between the people -- so much is just because it's a federal issue and like, you know, there's nothing she could do about it -- at least immediately, right? And some kind of advocating for it publicly, which is really more impactful once you're governor. So, it's kind of like, this state is crazy about their guns, so we're not gonna take the beating for it before she can do anything about it.
PVA Journalist: Oh. So, if she mentioned it publicly, that would not be good?
Wolf: I don't -- I don't know. More likely than not.
In another instance, Wolf was recorded in a car discussing the AR-15 that is used to protect Hobbs when she is being transported between campaign stops:
PVA Journalist: Is that an AR-15?
Wolf: That is an AR-15…
PVA Journalist: It can fit in a backpack?
Wolf: Yeah, this folds down…Easier to fire than a handgun.
PVA Journalist: Really? Yeah. Wow. That's kind of scary.
Wolf: That's why it's scary.
The candidate herself, Hobbs, is featured in the video describing a seemingly uncomfortable situation in an Uber ride when the driver asked about her work.
“I was like, ‘Uh, I work for a campaign.’ I don’t know why I said that -- I just didn’t want to have this conversation. And he’s like, ‘Oh, Kari Lake?’ And I was like, ‘F**k no!’ I don’t want to talk to you. I don’t want to talk politics to anyone who I don’t know,” Hobbs said.
Her campaign manager, Nicole DeMont, reinforced the notion that Hobbs wishes to avoid talking to Arizona constituents.
“When Clean Elections was like, ‘Here’s the debate format,’ it was exactly the same as the primary. It was like, we’re not gonna put her [Hobbs] in that, like she’s not gonna be a part of something like that,” DeMont said.
“Like, if you wanna make a format that actually allows for a substantive policy debate, where you can compare positions, sure we’ll do that…So, they want to see Kari [Lake] create this spectacle. We’re not participating in that…We’re doing a bunch of forums where we can actually hear both sides,” she said.
Jasper Adams, a Field Organizer who works at Mission for Arizona, which is tied to Arizona’s Democrat Party campaigns, elaborated on Hobbs’ insistence to avoid debates with Kari Lake:
Adams: I'm scared. Yeah. We have a lot of concerns about Katie's campaign.
PVA Journalist: Why?
Adams: Lots of stuff…She's not debating Kari Lake which is--
PVA Journalist: Why not?
Adams: We don't know. So that sort of thing--
PVA Journalist: Really? How do you not know? You're in her campaign.
Adams: Between us, when we had a big staff training, her Communications Director came in and -- she's only been in the job for a few weeks, she was not prepared, and she was like, “What are the questions you're getting that you want an answer for from the campaign? Like, what are we hearing from voters and volunteers?” And the number one thing is, “Why aren't you debating Kari Lake?” And she did not have an answer, and it's like, you gotta know that's the question that's coming.
PVA Journalist: Wait, so Katie's employee didn't have an answer or Katie didn't?
Adams: Well, she's the Communications Director, so she makes the message.
PVA Journalist: Okay.
Adams: So, she makes the message, so -- the campaign doesn't have an answer. They basically said only Democrats care about debates and it's not going to change anything.
PVA Journalist: Yeah. But she is a Democrat.
Adams: She was saying -- they were saying only Democratic voters care. So, they're not going to lose any votes because Democrats are going to vote for her anyway, which is -- which maybe is true. But as a politician, you never want to say, “Oh, I'm taking these votes for granted…I do wonder how much -- like whether people actually care about this.
PVA Journalist: Care about what?
Adams: Like, the debate thing.
PVA Journalist: Oh. I think people do, right?
Adams: I don't know.
PVA Journalist: I mean, you said that's like the number one question you're getting.
Adams: That's like a big question. Especially from volunteers. I don’t know about the voters. The average voter doesn't know about this.
PVA Press Secretary, RC Maxwell, asked candidate Hobbs questions about these recordings, and she evaded questions by departing with Wolf in a car after spilling a drink and hiding in a bathroom.
Project Veritas Action also reached out to the Hobbs campaign via email and has not heard back at the time of publishing.

O’Keefe announces appeal in Democracy Partners v. Project Veritas Action, Project Veritas, et al.
Project Veritas announced their intention to file an appeal of the verdict which favored Democracy Partners in a civil lawsuit brought against Veritas over five years ago.
James O’Keefe: “The jury effectively ruled investigative journalists owe a fiduciary duty to the subjects they are investigating” and that “investigative journalists may not deceive the subjects they are investigating.”
The jury ruled in favor of Project Veritas on first claim of a violation of federal and DC wiretapping laws finding Project Veritas’ reporter was a participant in all conversations she recorded.
The jury ruled against Project Veritas on second claim of violation of federal and DC wiretapping laws finding Project Veritas owed a fiduciary duty to their subjects, and further ruled against Project Veritas on a fraudulent misrepresentation claim.
The trial was covered by Politico, The Washington Post, and other outlets considering its First Amendment implications. Judge Friedman, appointed to the bench in 1994, had reserved the authority to issue a directed verdict but ultimately did not.
Project Veritas was defending itself against claims of fraudulent misrepresentation and unlawful wiretapping in connection with its news-gathering methods and journalism in a case many argued was about stunting undercover journalism by stripping down the First Amendment.
[WASHINGTON, D.C. – Sept. 22, 2022] Project Veritas announced today that it will be filing an appeal to the decision which granted Democracy Partners partial damages, $120K to be exact.
Democracy Partners originally sued Project Veritas a little over five years ago.
At trial, the political operative organization claimed they lost multiple clients due to Project Veritas’ reporting and sought to impose a fiduciary duty on the journalists’ news gathering efforts.
The verdict represents a setback in journalistic integrity - effectively allowing subjects to dictate the way in which a journalist gathers and reports the news. Project Veritas will appeal.
Project Veritas, in response, has continually refused to settle the case as it has done nothing wrong.
Project Veritas founder and CEO James O’Keefe issued the following statement following the decision:
The jury effectively ruled investigative journalists owe a fiduciary duty to the subjects they are investigating and that investigative journalists may not deceive the subjects they are investigating. Journalism is on trial, and Project Veritas will continue to fight for every journalist’s right to news gather, investigate, and expose wrongdoing – regardless of how powerful the investigated party may be. Project Veritas will not be intimidated.
