Step # One – admit to the challenge or problem The first step in dealing with any problem or challenge is to accept that you have it. When we pretend that everything is okay, when it’s not, the problem (or problems) will remain. So, you have already accepted you have a challenge, something holding you back, as you’re here. You have stepped up. Well done. Step # Two – choose to something about it The second step is to do something about it. Actually, it doesn’t matter what you do about it – just take a step forward, do something, and your soul will let you know if it’s the right direction or not. There will be a feeling of peace if it’s right. If it’s the wrong step, you will know.

A Course in Miracles tells us that there are always two voices speaking to us. These are not voices that you can hear with your ears. They are those inner voices that constantly chatter on and we don’t really notice them … and we should. I will explain why.

As A Course in Miracles says, these courses are easy and difficult – the exercises are easy but doing them consistently and diligently is difficult. The results you achieve are dependent on your consistency and diligence. So, these very simple exercises can transform your life in ways you could not imagine and please give them a chance – and give yourself a chance – by simply doing them every single day. They usually take just 5 minutes a day and, of course, you can do them more often if you like. Also, remember, I am always here – you can always call me for a free half-hour mentoring session, just to get through a particular stumbling block or you can engage me for one-on-one coaching at any stage. So, rip into the videos and the exercises – and the other resources scattered through this course – and I wish you all the power, peace and clarity you obviously deserve.
