2 cheese strings

warm sausage over medium heat on stove, crack eggs in bowl and wisk. add liquid egg whites and wisk, after sausage is heated up add eggs to pan and cook till done. take flat wrap and place egg on it and top with cheese and season to taste, role up and enjoy!!

How to Make Chicken Stir Fry, in this video I show you how I make Chicken Stir Fry.
Recipe:
6 Boneless skinless chicken breast
1 package of frozen vegetables (Broccoli, cauliflower, Carrots)
egg whites
2 table spoons corn starch (one heaping)
4 table spoons soya sauce
3 table spoons honey
Cut chicken into bite size pieces, place in big bowl. pour egg whites over chicken, enough to coat chicken, then add one heaping table spoon of corn starch and mix in so all chicken is coated and refrigerate for one hour. While the chicken is marinating steam the vegetables and prepare sauce.. For the sauce add 4 tablespoons of soya sauce to measuring cup, 3 table spoons of honey and one tablespoon of corn starch and mix.
After an hour cook chick in hot pan with oil (enough to cover bottom of pan) cook chicken till done, add half the sauce and stir, the sauce will thicken, add vegetables and rest of sauce, stir and serve over bed of rice and enjoy.

How To Make DR PEPPER RIBS
DR PEPPER RIBS
2 racks baby back ribs
1 (2 liter) bottle Dr. Pepper cola
1/4 cup salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon canola oil
1/2 medium onion, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions:

Place the ribs in a large baking dish. Pour in Dr. Pepper and cover them, reserving at least 1/2 cup for the sauce. Add the salt and soak the ribs in fridge overnight (or at least 2 hours).

Heat the oven to 350°F Remove the ribs from the liquid, dry them, and rub with the chili powder. Place them on a baking dish, add 1 cup of water, and cover tightly with foil. Cook for 2 hours, until the meat nearly falls off the bone.

For BBQ Sauce: Heat the oil in saucepan over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until they're soft and fragrant and add the ketchup, Worcestershire, vinegar, cayenne and 1/2 cup of Dr. Pepper. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.

Fire up the grill, and brush the ribs with sauce. When the grill is hot, cook them bone side down on a cooler part for 10 to 15 minutes. Flip them and cook until lightly charred and smoky.

Remove and brush on more sauce.

2 Butternut Squash
1 cup of chicken or vegetable stock
1 med onion
2 cloves garlic
water
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil
Peel and cut butternut squash and remove seeds..cut in to chucks and set aside
In a large pot heat olive oil and place chopped onion and garlic, saute for 5 mins.
place butternut squash in pot, stir and add 1 cup of hot chicken broth, simmer on medium heat for 25 mins or until tender. take a hand blender and blend up the mixture to a smooth creamy consistency, that's it season with salt and pepper.. and enjoy.
