The T-Roc R & SQ2 are built on the same platform, so as a result, their performance stats are pretty much identical. Both are powered by a 2-litre 4-cylinder turbo, and both produce 300hp and 400Nm. Both are equipped with a 7-speed gearbox and four-wheel drive, although while the T-Roc weighs 1,575kg, the Audi is slightly lighter at 1,535kg. The Audi is also just over £1,000 cheaper than the VW, costing around £44,100. So will it be an easy win for the all-electric BMW? Or will another car snatch it? There’s only one way to find out...
