I don't know about you but every time I see a dump truck they do not have license plates, they speed, they break laws like running red lights all the time, they break windshield without consequence… Why are dump trucks so special?

Tonight Gaggle from http://www.flygaggle.com told me about this helicopter way before it arrived… Gaggle said it was at 700 feet so I dropped down low and I watched it go by about 10 minutes later… Thank you Gaggle!
