This drill helps with really getting a good arm set & take-off, as well as working on that hip snap to generate rotation.

Nothing like a good game of tag to get the heart and legs pumping.

Front tucks can be a little scary. Going over this forces good hips up, as well as preparing for landing the real thing.

Head in for handstands! Coach Mac loves self-correcting drills. With this one the only way to get all the way up is to get that head in! If their head pokes out, it pushes them off balance. BIG PLUS, multiple levels can do it without needing a spot for safety.

Kids' Party Paradise is a flippin' good time for less than the cost of a babysitter!
