About:
Diasozo Animal Rescue Team of Karditsa, Greece were contacted about five baby orphan storks. The baby storks lost both parents and had somehow survived under the scorching Greek summer sun for four days without food, water or shade.
They were in desperate need of help. The problem was how to get to them.
The electrical company stepped in to lend their cherry picker, and Maria Ganoti from Anima Organization advised on how best to approach the situation. After getting them down, the baby storks consumed 2kg of fish and are now resting in the shade!
Within weeks they were healthy and mature enough to be released back into the wild.

Unknown Animal Discovered in Dumpster - True Species Shocks Everyone
When Good Samaritans came across Eve who was starving and digging for food in a dumpster, they didn't know what she was. The truth will shock you.
#rescue #aPAWsitiveChange #adoptdontshop
✿ About
When Good Samaritans came across Eve who was digging through dumpsters in Butte County, they didn't know what she was. She was almost completely without fur and extremely emaciated. They thought she was an aardvark. The California Department of Fish & Wildlife was called in to assist and quickly realized that this was not an aardvark but a very sick black bear.
Two volunteers from the CDFW drove her down to The Funds for Animal Wildlife Center in Ramona, CA (an affiliate of the Humane Society of the United States) where she was rushed into emergency treatment. She arrived on Christmas Eve 12/24/2017. Arriving when she did was likely a miracle, since she only had days to live her condition was so severe. She was nicknamed Eve in honor of the holiday. Her road to recovery would be a long one. Mange takes time to recover from and she would need to time to grow out her coat.
The hope was to treat Eve and release her back in the wild. But after nearly a year and a half in treatment, her hair has still not grown out completely meaning she would have difficulty hibernating in the cold winters or protecting herself from potentially other bears attacks or from the forest floor in general. A scratch could lead to greater issues.
It was decided by The Fund for Animals Wildlife, that Eve could not be returned to the wild. At this time, Eve is waiting for her brand new large, natural enclosure at Cleveland Amory Black Beauty Ranch in Texas to be complete. Then she will be transported there to live out her days in "5 star accommodations."

The Loudest And Cutest Siamese Kittens Ever
Rub a dub dub, three Siamese kittens in a tub. These babies have a lot to say and it goes something like this...
"Why am I in a in a tub?"
"Look at how cute I am."
"Pick me up. I love you."
"Gimme some food."
What do you think they are saying?
Special thanks to our friends at Cats At The Studios and foster momma Cheri Appel Friedman for fostering these kittens and making #aPAWsitivechange. If you are in and around the Los Angeles area, they will be available for adoption very soon.
Full Story:
These Siamese kittens were found without their Momma at just a week old. They have been bottle fed ever since. The kittens are actually crying because they wanted to be with their Momma who they love very much and was standing beside me during filming. These kittens are happy, healthy and oh so loved. We also know that Siamese in general are just loud so...there's that too.

✿ Full Story:
Every animal rescue requires a combination of being in the right place, at the right time. But, in Nelson's case, he was out of time.
Nelson, an abandoned street dog on the streets of Greece, was literally being eaten alive by parasites. Mange was ravaging his skin while worms and Leishmania were destroying his digestive system. According to doctors, Nelson was weeks away from certain death...that is until newlyweds, Aliki and Walter of Canada happened to stumble upon him while driving to a shopping mall in Greece.
When Walter and Aliki laid eyes upon the sickly and emaciated Nelson everything changed. They knew they had to do something. For the next couples days, Aliki and Walter returned to the location they first found Nelson, feeding him. Up until the day they had to leave Greece.
Aliki continued her pursuit to save Nelson calling animal rescues in and around Greece. Through complex avenues, she finally reached Greek Animal Rescue and Diasozo (street rescuers.) Diasozo were on the ground and were able to pick up Nelson.
His medical treatment started immediately and lasted for 5 months. Through the 5 months it was kind caring hands of the animal rescuers at Diasozo, that mended him and taught him to trust again.
All the while in Canada, Aliki and Walter, are sending through donations to do whatever they can to help Nelson. Once Nelson was finally recovered, Aliki and Walter brought Nelson home - to Canada, where he resides today.
✿ A note from Ermioni, one of the rescuers on the ground:
"He had the best character ever and it was heartbroken to know that someone abandoned on the streets a dog with such a kind heart, when Diane Chapman from GAR brought him to me, I took him in my arms and walked him from the car to the vet, I didn't had a travel box with me, he was lovely! We felt in love from the first minute."

✿ Full Story
Dropsaw and her owner lived in a small country town outside of Queensland, Australia. Dropsaw and her owner went everywhere together. Her owner, known for being a kind of loner, went everywhere with Dropsaw. They had a relationship like no other. She was his dog.
Their home was isolated from the other homes. When her owner died of a sudden heart attack no one noticed..not for hours, not for days, not for weeks. It was 6 weeks later after Dropsaw's owner collapsed that she was finally discovered. She was still lying by his side. She would lick his still body. She had lost a third of her body weight and was on the brink of starving to death.
According to authorities, Dropsaw drank the little water she could find inside the home, emptying the toilets, her water bowl, sinks, all the while returning to her owners side.
When the community heard of Dropsaw's misfortune, they rallied behind her -- offering to adopt her. Red Collar Rescue, a non-profit, located in Queensland, Australia took her in. Chris and her husband Bob, fostered her. Slowly she was given the time and care she needed to recover from her grief and the shock to her body. Eventually, she came out of her shell.
Chris and Bob fell in love too - foster failing and adopting Dropsaw. Dropsaw also found a new man she could ride in the truck with who shares something in common with her former owner, their name.

5 St. Bernard Puppies in a Basket
These 5 St. Bernard puppies are trying VERY hard to escape from these baskets.
✿ Please subscribe to our channel on Rumble so you don't miss a single episode
✿ Full Story:
These 5 St. Bernard pups (2 girls, 3 boys) were only 4 weeks old when they were rescued. They came from a backyard breeder near Corona, California. The St. Bernard's mom was malnourished and not caring for her pups. The breeder didn't want to care for the pups either so he/she handed them over to 2nd Chances Rescue to care for them.
All of the pups were loved by their foster mom, Kathy. Kathy would actually feed each pup and burp them - no different than a mom and newborn baby. It was adorable.
As of 7/13/18 - The pups have all been adopted. Kathy fell in love with one of the boys, Simon, so he too has a forever home.

Abandoned Puppies Befriend A Lonesome Giant Tortoise
Four tiny puppies were brought to a local PetSmart near Corona, California. The man who brought them said he found them on his property and wasn't able to catch the mom. He handed the four furry bundles of joy inside a beer box. Foster mom, Andrea from 2nd Chances Rescue took the scared and shaking pups home with her. The pups were fed, given a warm bed and a safe place to sleep but even with all that, something was missing in their lives.
At Andrea's home, she also rescued a Sulcata tortoise named Goliath. For the most part, Goliath was alone. The other dogs and puppies that went through Andrea's home largely ignored the eighty pound, lumbering giant, but this time was different.
One day when Andrea came home to take care of the pups, she realized that one of them was missing. She looked all over her house and backyard fearing one of them may have gotten out or lost or snatched. What she found instead were the puppies inside tortoise's hutch, snuggling with Goliath. The giant tortoise didn’t mind the company of the happy dogs, in fact he was thrilled by their friendship and they helped him fight his loneliness.
These orphaned pups needed someone big and strong to protect them and replace the mother figure in their life. So, they found a protector in an eighty pound Sulcata tortoise named Goliath. Since that day, the pups and their great big friend have been doing everything together. The pups were happier knowing they were safe with Goliath - and Goliath? Well, he came out of his shell. Don’t you just love happy endings?

10 Good Samaritans Refuse to Let 300 Homeless Dogs Starve and Freeze to Death
These 10 animal rescuers may have saved hundreds of street dogs but they also inspired villagers, businesses and the municipality to make a difference too. That's what I call true heroes! #adoptdontshop #rescue
✿ Please subscribe to our channel so you don't miss a single PAWsitive story! ➔ http://bit.ly/PAWsitiveSubscribe
Full Story:
In Ankara, Turkey adoption rates are low. People prefer to buy dogs instead of adopting them. (Çiğdemin Patileri is a Facebook page that posts about street animals in the Çiğdem neighborhood.) The make shift rescue, created by a group of people with a shared passion for animals is only 10 people. But these 10 people take care of 300 dogs and cats on a daily basis. They are feeding them, providing medical attention, sterilization, trying to find homes, even going to schools to educate students about animal rescue and welfare.
They are working to make a difference in the community. They are fighting to be heard. And they have been heard.
Their work has received attention as local businesses and the municipality have donated their time and efforts in creating shelters for dogs and cats. Locals are taking to helping with feeding the strays too but the group is committed to making sure every last dog in Turkey finds a home.
Burcu, one of the rescuers, believes their greatest need is for a clear infrastructure when it comes to strays that just end up on the streets or in the overcrowded shelters. They also more assistance, especially with regards to spaying or neutering in their neighborhood.

I am trying to write but tears filled my eyes .. this poor dog (4.8 kg!!!!) lived at the streets in a village of Karditsa and had a completely broken jaw... a jaw that was hanging !!!! Many eyes have seen her, some hands has fed her
(She couldn't eat she tried to lie down and lick with her tongue at the side ...) and no one helped this dog!!!! .. only one person, we thank him so so much, informed us immediately when he saw her. Can't fit in my mind the pain that passed and passes this tiny dog .. 15 days without normal food and without even to be able to close her mouth ... In the photographs you can see clearly the roots of the back tooth , are literally uprooted! The entire denture is in the air, and uprooted without anesthesia .. Can you even imagine that????? Kick .. we feel sure that it was made by kicking .. From human? horse? Bear? God knows .. The injury is enormous, will do surgery and May God help so everything will well .. May God give to Mara and us courage ... We are all literally crashed ...
Please share and help us with the veterinary costs, it will be quite large ...

Street Cat Takes Adoption Into Own Hands - Refuses to Leave Car
Word is among cat lovers that you don’t choose a cat, it chooses you! It doesn’t happen often that an adult feral cat decides to join you in your adventures in life, so when a one does happen to come over for a cuddle and a scratch, be sure that this feline trusts you completely! Cats can be excellent judge of character and this feral toyger proved just that!
Leo was a street cat that has always known what he wants. Roaming the streets of Ankara, the capital city of Turkey, all the cat wanted was to find a warm and loving home. But it isn’t easy for the cats on this Turkish city’s streets.
So instead of waiting to be rescued, he took matters into his own hands. When an animal rescuer came to feed him like she usually does, the cat decided that he will not be staying on the street in Ankara no more. He climbed the hood of rescuers red FIAT car and went straight inside through the open window on the driver’s side.
The cat then stayed with the rescuer until he got adopted! Who says that there are no happy endings in life?
What did you think of this video? We would love to hear what you think so please do not hesitate to leave a comment down in the comments section!
Please share this amazing moment with your family and friends as it will surely make them smile! This is one video that you are not going to want to miss!
Rumble is brimming with videos of cute kittens and every video is becoming an almost instant sensation. There are tons of channels dedicated only to the purring creatures. They have eclipsed the space of social networks, there are oceans of groups of feline lovers, which in fact are the most popular forms of online networking of pet enthusiasts.
People who have not been dragged into the pool of kitty veneration, are dealing with a very logical question: "What aroused such interest in these soft-furred mousers? Why not dogs? Why not birds? Or fish? Why cats? ".
Both the very culprits, doing the campaigns for promoting cats online, and the viewers and loyal cat fans even though they do their best to unravel the mystery of cat interest, they cannot provide a single definite answer, apart from:
"But they are soo cuuuuute - don’t you just want to squeeeeeze theeem?", "Cat is my spirit animal, and I think that half the world agrees with me", "Cats ...hmm ... I just love them!", "Cause they are so funny and adorable."
Do you think it's really so simple: do cats attract us with their charming charisma? And that's all?
It is totally inconceivable that a person who has Internet access and knows how to use a computer hasn’t noticed that cats have totally taken it over and rule it with supremacy! But if you think that this is a modern phenomenon - you are mistaken: not only are cat videos trending for the past 10 years, but they have been a trend for millennia. Just take a look at the drawings of cats in the Egyptian pyramids.

Adorable Dancing Teacup Chihuahua Puppy Is Not Dancing At All
Boogie Shoes, the cutest Teacup Chihuahua, always looks like he's dancing, hence the name, but he's actually shaking uncontrollably from a condition called cerebellar hypoplasia.
The dog was turned into the shelter at 8 weeks old. The woman who dropped him off claimed to have found him in the WalMart parking lot in 110 degree heat in Palm Springs, California. While that may be true, the region is also known for back yard breeders.
The shelter that the dog was dropped off at was Palm Spring Animal Shelter. Fortunately, it was a no-kill facility that works hard to rehabilitate and re-home every special needs dog.
At first, it seemed this cute 8 week old pup was dancing, but the reality was much worse. He was shaking - his motor skills and coordination were uncontrolled. It was clear to the doctors there that he had an unknown neurological condition. For now, he was on foster watch. Alicia became his foster and eventually his adopter.
Alicia took the dog to the neurologist who confirmed their fears. He had cerebellar hypoplasia, a neurological condition in which the cerebellum, part of the brain that controls motor functions, did not fully develop in-utero. This condition could have been caused by genetics, a virus or malnutrition. The condition reveals itself at about six weeks of age and is permanent. While Boogie is otherwise a healthy pup, he will always have physical limitations. He can't walk on a leash, play catch or climb stairs.
Even with these limitations, Alicia loves him just as he is.
Please share this your family and friends as it is one that no one should miss!

Homeless Puppy Living Among Pigs In Thailand Gets The Chance Of A Lifetime
It is a sad truth that so many animals live day in and day out without much hope. But what do you consider a sad life that truly turns around? We think that qualifies as a miracle, don’t you?
The odds were against Kanya and her siblings, who were living on the streets of Thailand. They were going through the trash for food, threatened by starvation, disease, cars and being picked up and transported to the dog meat trade. Good Samaritans found Kanya and her nine siblings, cared for them and through generous donations from K9 Aid and LIFE Animal Rescue, the Thai litter of puppies took a 17-hours-long flight to the United States, where they will no longer face such a horrible fate.
Here, Kanya’s once sad life will turn into a happy one, with a new family and lots of love! She doesn’t know it yet… Even though one step closer to freedom and love, Kanya is still a bit scared, but hopeful.
But soon, for Kanya, this is what true happiness looks like! With her new forever family, safe and sound, Kanya is living the good life! It doesn’t get much better than this!

✿ Full Story by Gina, Animal Therapist and Acuscope Biotechnician
This is the story of an amazing journey with one of the most beautiful pups I have ever fallen in love with.
I received a phone call from Coastal German Shepard Rescue telling me that there was a “Swimmer Pup” who was going to be euthanized unless we got to him in time. They asked me to please hurry, pick him up, and begin treatment right away.
Upon seeing the little white bundle of fur, my heart just ached to get him in my arms and to safety. I held him the whole ride home. He was so still, so quiet...I was concerned that maybe he was also deaf. This little puppy had the most amazing blue eyes I had ever seen.
Once we were home, I began calling the little bundle “Baby.” Baby was so still, so quiet...first thing to do was to give him a feeding of canned puppy food mixed with goat’s milk. He was a very slow eater, not a good sign. Again, he was just so still. I immediately cleaned Baby and wrapped his chest and shoulders in a soft tee shirt wrap.
I made him a nice soft, warm bed surrounded by small stuffed animal toys and laid his tiny body on his side, propped up with the soft toys. He immediately looked more comfortable. I slept beside him on the couch that night in case he needed me.
Once at the Vet’s office, Baby was still so quiet, I held him close. the vet came in and assessed my little bundle. He had concern written all over his face. He told me we usually euthanize puppies with Swimmers Syndrome. I said “I know.” They can’t lift up off their chest, their legs remain splayed out to the side; and they can’t lift their head off the ground.
His diagnosis was that his heart was weak, his pulse was faint. He was limp and lethargic.
Not a good prospect for survival. He told me I can “try” my treatments and also suggested
massage. He said that maybe in 3 months he may walk; but chances are he won't . . . if he survives.
I immediately thought to myself “//I will see you in 10 days” ... although I didn't say this out loud. I took Baby home and started his Acuscope Sessions right away.
Low and behold! He awoke the next morning “speaking” to me...wiggling his little body even trying to lift his limbs. I just know he was asking me ..."More please...More please I feel so much better . . . I'm alive, I'm here and I'm alive! Please don't give up on me." More Acuscope Therapy Sessions were in store for that day.
Yes, I began his Therapy in the morning after we came home from the Vet visit. I did a series of Acuscope Treatments to promote nerve conductivity where the nerve signals emerge from between the Vertebrae along the Spine. I attached plates to treat the back from top to bottom.
Each day there is more improvement, more movement, strength and activity. It really is amazing to witness how fast a little body responds once the nerve and muscle cells are given the help they need to awaken.
Casper’s journey continues. I have decided to name him Casper...for Casper the friendly ghost. He is pure white, and absolutely stunning. So beautiful. He is active now, “speaking” a lot, communicating his joy of being able to move.
He was adopted shortly after this last video by a wonderful young man. We have become email friends and Instagram friends so I can follow Casper’s progress through pictures.
I am also invited to visit him when I am in town. It doesn't get much better than this. Changing a pup’s life forever. Finding him his “forever home” and watching him grow and thrive and become a happy, healthy, loving companion.

At the Vets For 9 Months with Broken Elbows
🐶 Bella is made of true grit. Two broken elbows can't keep this Pug down! Her story will inspire you. 💕
#pawsitivestories #dogs #pugs
✿ Please subscribe to our channel so you don't miss a single PAWsitive story! ➔ http://bit.ly/PAWsitiveSubscribe
Full Story:
According to Gwenn of Pug Nation, Bella looks like she's part penguin, part seal and part Pug but in truth she's all dog and just wants hugs and kisses.
Bella didn't always look this way. She was likely born from breeding. Bella did have a family but they had difficulty caring for her.
When she first broke her elbow her family took her to the veterinarian who was able to fix it. He told the family to keep her confined, keeping the pressure/weight off that limb. For whatever the reason, they didn't follow these instructions and she re-broke the elbow. At some point, Bella's other elbow became broken and the veterinarian decided to keep her at the hospital to keep her confined so she could heal properly.
Upon further assessment, the veterinarians realized the elbows were irreparably damaged. The only solution was a double amputation. The rehabilitation, the care, the cost were all unknowns for this family.
They would not give their consent nor would they relinquish Bella to the hospital. For 9 long months, Bella resided at the hospital. It is unclear what her condition was like during those 9 months but the veterinarians themselves were at an impasse. Without the consent of the family, the veterinarians could not perform additional medical procedures.
Finally, a volunteer at Pug Nation took notice of Bella and inquired. The inquiry lead to the revelation of her story and immediate action. The veterinarians were able to convince the family to relinquish her to the hospital and then the hospital to the animal rescue.
Bella is now 6 years old. Pug Nation was able to find a loving foster/adopter for Bella almost immediately. Wendy considers Bella's welfare her top priority.
Amazingly, after everything Bella has been through, she is incredibly sweet and has no idea that she is special needs: she barks at passing cars, begs for treats, asks for cuddles and loves going on walks - albeit she only walks with two legs instead of four.
She does not let two broken elbows set her back. She is fast - whether she is waddling like a seal or running on two legs.
Since filming this story in September, Bella has had her double amputation surgery and is now free from pain. She is doing well. She is still with Wendy who loves her unconditionally.
Stay tuned for a follow up story of Bella in her new wheelchair.

Feisty Kitten Refuses To Give Up On Life, Defying The Odds
A kitten was hit by a car which injured his hind legs, making it leap on his back hip. The kitty was found and taken to the shelter where doctors examined his medical condition and found out that he had a hole in his heart that will cut his life short. However, this feisty cat is no quitter and a year later, he is still running and fighting for life. This emotional story is real proof that cats have nine lives.
Cheri, a bottle-baby kitten specialist foster at Cats at The Studios based in Los Angeles, California, thought she was just getting another kitten to foster. But when she laid eyes on Ace, a black and white six-weeks-old kitten, her heart melted.
Ace had been run over by a car in Downey, California and taken to the local shelter. The doctors at the shelter did an assessment and thought amputation would be the quickest solution to the injury. A volunteer from Cats at The Studios immediately "pulled" Ace from the shelter, not knowing what to do next.
Cheri fostered Ace and took it upon herself to get a second, third and forth opinion on his condition. What the doctors discovered is that Ace had an underlying, inherent heart condition. He had two holes in his heart causing it to beat harder, faster than a normal heart. The prognosis was grim. He could die at any time and the doctors told her to prepare for the worst.
In tears, Cheri couldn't help but fall in love with Ace. So, like many do, she became a foster failure. It has been nearly a year since filming this story and Cheri and Ace continue to do well. Today, Ace is now a proud Foster Dad to the many, many, many kittens that come through Cheri's doors. It seems both are devoted to each other and the cause of helping needy kittens.

Elderly Shih Tzu Gets A Makeover Just In Time To Meet His Adopters
It is really heartbreaking when you think of all the dogs that roam the streets, looking for someone to love them. Another rather unfortunate truth is that many of those dogs get rescued and placed in shelters, only to stay there for long period of time, not finding their forever home. This, however, is not one such story!
Max, an older Shih Tzu, was found wandering the streets of Anaheim, California. He was lost or abandoned by his former owners based on his loving and trusting disposition towards people, something not many stray dogs have. When he was found, Max was looked terrible. He wasn’t exactly covered in dreadlocks, but he was dirty and somewhat unpresentable.
OC Animal Care brought Max to the shelter, where older, unattractive, shy dogs are often ignored. Hollywood Groomers decided to donate four vans and the services of five groomers and in doing so saved many lives. He was brushed, his nails clipped, thoroughly bathed and given a haircut. Lastly, he was dressed up with a tie, to match his new ood looks!
That day, Hollywood Groomers cut, groomed, spruced and glammed up 56 dogs who have since been adopted, including Max.
Every dog deserves a second look, a second chance and a second home! Please share Max's story.
You won't believe this is the same dog! His transformation is dramatic and definitely saved his life. #TransformationTuesday #shihtzu #adoptdontshop

Leo, Brie and Oscar were only 4 days old when they were discovered in the bushes crying and hungry. Their Siamese momma, a stray, had abandoned them. Good Samaritan Walks Three Miles To Save Dog Tied To A Pole
Joey was tied to a pole then abandoned. An unlikely rescuer would do whatever it took to save his life. Full Story: PAWsitive Channel and Forte Animal Rescue team up to bring to light this incredible story of selflessness.
Lisa Snyder had fallen on hard times when she discovered Joey, a sweet Pointer mix that was tied to a tree and abandoned in Point Fermin Park in San Pedro, CA. Lisa was living in her inoperable van with her three cats. She barely had enough to survive herself, when she came across Joey. But being an animal lover and a person of faith, she knew she had to help. Lisa called the authorities, the shelter, anyone she could think of to pick up the dog but it was late, and no one could make it out. The shelter suggested she drop off the dog.
Lisa set off on a three-mile walk to the animal shelter. Her various medical conditions made the walk painful and forced her walk to slow. In a rush, she had forgotten her jacket and her walking stick. What should have taken an hour took all night in the rain and cold. By morning, she had made it safely to the shelter where Joey was turned in.
From there, Forte Animal Rescue stepped in and provided the medical and adaption resources to re-home Joey, who is now happy, healthy and living out the rest of his doggy days with his four-year-old best friend. The community of San Pedro heard about Lisa’s selflessness and gave her a gift of their own: a $3500 thank you.
We are so grateful and so happy that there are still people in the world that will do anything to save a dog’s life. Every dog deserves to have a pleasant experience, a warm bed, meals that will their belly they deserve to have someone who will love them unconditionally. They deserve to run free and not spend their short life tied to a pole.
Thank goodness for selfless-hearted people like Lisa. She set the bar high for all the people and animal lovers. We have a lot of people talking on social media about saving dogs and taking care of them, but not a lot of people take matters into their hands. Lisa, you are one incredible woman with a big heart full of love! We’re not crying; you are crying…

Injured Dog Given To Shelter Makes An Incredible Recovery
A somewhat disheveled man rode his bike to the East Bay SPCA located in Oakland, California. Running beside him on a leash was Sheba, a black Labrador/Shepherd mix. She was limping on her left front leg. While she may have been in pain, she was so good-natured that she did not show it. The man knew his dog better.
He told the employees at East Bay what had happened - she had got into a dog fight. It wasn't intentional - it was an accident and now she was hurt and it was getting worse. Sheba's leg was bandaged but it was damp, her leg was swollen and it was starting to smell. Signs of a serious infection.
He told them he could not afford the medical care for her. East Bay offered to take her in and help her but that would mean giving her up. He knelt before Sheba and told her: "I love you. This is the best thing that I can do for you right now." Then he kissed her and left.
Sheba was immediately assessed and underneath the bandage were multiple fractures to the radius and ulna. To repair the injury would mean a long and potentially painful recovery. The doctors decided to amputate her leg. According to Gwen Gadd DVM, a staff veterinarian, Sheba was on the road to recovery with nothing to hold her back.
Dr. Gadd was right. Gracie is now in a loving home with Cecily and her husband. Sheba, now Gracie, doesn't even realize she has three legs. She is fast.
