Double pedal burnout to help develop speed. This went on for roughly 45 minutes! This was the last bit of my practice today. Everyday is different on the kit & its good to practice every aspect of drumming! Speed is one of the most difficult skills to develop but also one of the most important. It all comes down to technique! This burnout was all about speed. May sound a little messy but the goal is to kill the legs 🥁🎶
