In this movie Casino, 'Ace" is called to meet 'Nicky' in a very remote spot in a desert. At this point in the story, Ace has been trying to separate his casino from the mafia and thereby making it legitimate. He is trying to distance himself from his life long pal, Nicky. Nicky is totally oblivious to Ace's goal of being legitimate. The whole scene reminds me of a scene in the Godfather part 3. "Just when I thought I was out - they pull me back in". There is perennial struggle in the world of organised crime. Participants who want out - find it almost impossible.

I've been creating a timeline to document the intricacies of how incredibly sophisticated and compartmentalised the pandemic was. I personally believe that there were many bad actors that were unawares - they were too compartmentalised, naive possibly, but not malicious. China hasn't used any Gene therapy vaccines yet. They are doing their own trials on Comirnaty and Moderna.
