Hurricane Francine is set to make landfall on Wednesday afternoon along the Louisiana coastline, prompting hurricane warnings and tropical storm warnings. Peak storm surge is expected anywhere from 5-10ft (2-3m) likely causing life-threatening conditions. Meteorologist Laura Power has the details.
