A brief montage of the past 24 months

Woke up this morning to this.

Prep * Preheat oven to 180C. Lightly spray a tray of 6 x 1 cup muffin pans with olive oil. * Cook noodles as directed, reserving the flavour sachets. Drain then rinse under cold water. Place in a bowl. * Add the reserved flavour sachets, grated vegetables, egg, light sour cream and ham. * Spoon equal portions in muffin pans and top with cheese. * Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set. * Serve warm with vegetable sticks and tomato salsa. Ingredients * 2 minute noodles (any flavour) * 3 cups mixed vegetables grated * 2 eggs lightly beaten * 1/2 cup light sour cream * 1/2 cup ham, beef, chicken or turkey (deli) chopped * 1/2 cup light tasty cheese ENJOY!

In this video it's vegetarian kugel for lunch. Made on and in my 28ft Compass yacht.

Made an awesome curry casserole for dinner and ate it out on deck watching a beautiful sunset.

I made Malay Beef Casserole for a friend who opted out after being invited.

I check in on the boat, start the engine, look at some items that need replacing, go over my wish list and introduce you to a "friend".
