Ibram X. Kendi believes that any policy that has a disparate racial impact is a racist policy. Given his stance, we asked him if vaccine mandates would then be a racist policy due to the disparate racial impact. In response, he claims POC do not have access to the vaccine. This is an obvious dodge and completely untrue. If someone wants a vaccine, they can get one for free anywhere in the US, regardless of their race or location.

In response to the Critical Race Theory ban, Iowa educators are calling for a day of “Civil Disobedience” on 10/14/21, to teach kids CRT despite the law. Activist teachers in Iowa are using kids as a shield to further their own divisive anti-American agenda. Disgusting.

Yesterday, k-12 educators held a workshop on how to combat the Critical Race Theory ban in the classroom. One educator suggests that they need “martyr” teachers willing to lose their job for the cause. She also calls for “covert activist” teachers willing to “advance the work”.

We are discussing the various video clips that we found interesting over the past couple of weeks including the quote from Duquesne Professor's quote on voluntary white genocide.

During a counselors for “decentering whiteness”and “infusing social justice” discussion, Shekila Melchior (George Mason U.) suggests that teachers who do not adopt the woke social justice approach in teaching should be REMOVED. Multiple educators in this discussion agreed.
