For Michael
An explanation for you on the commercial liability aspect with local councils and governments.
I think I am 100% correct, Michael.
The Newtown, Geelong, break-ins, as reported in the Geelong Advertiser:
https://www.geelongadvertiser.com.au/news/geelong/newtown-residents-band-together-to-deter-crime/news-story/05fbde81beb4ea25f6ea7a18e6e0c8a2
A quote from the article-and there were quite a few of them:
NEWTOWN residents have banded together to fight the growing crime rate in their suburb by installing thousands of dollars’ worth of security equipment.
Locals say they’re fed-up with the constant break-ins plaguing their “once quiet” suburb and are now calling for a community meeting with police to discuss what can be done.
Concerned resident Thane Joske said while residents were obviously disappointed the break-ins had escalated over the past month, a few positives had come out of it.
“It’s united our community,” she said.
“We’ve got a neighbourhood text messaging and bush telegraph system in place so now we can keep each other informed.”
Last week the Geelong Advertiser reported that businesses on Pakington St were banding together in the wake of spate of burglaries."
And once again, to reiterate, the local councils gig:

Mortgage Interest Rates Rises-How to Combat Them.
My new video on how people might combat mortgage interest rate rises: the basis is, as Anna von Reitz says, that contracts are null and void, for reasons stated in these documents:
https://annavonreitz.com/voidcontracts.pdf;
This article of Anna's is a little deeper, but still a must read:
https://annavonreitz.com/nocontractsundercommonlaw.pdf
And it all applies here just as much as it does in America, especially given that Australia is registered on the USC and many of our banks are American owned, as in JP Morgan.
What I did not mention in me ad hoc video here is that the Australian Government Corporation looks like it is in BREACH OF CONTRACT, simply because our Constitution is a legally and lawfully binding CONTRACT (and this one IS enforceable!) as confirmed to me by former Victorian upper House Member, Simon Ramsay, when I asked him the question in July 2019. He said: "Correct..." in regard to that question-and may regret having done so.
So why Breach of Contract? Because of this:
The Heads of Power in our Commonwealth Constitution are granted subject to the government of the day acting to provide for "...peace, order and good government."
These outrageous rates rises, which jeopardise people's property ownership, do not reflect that mandate (a mandate s a contract) for that proviso of ensuring "...peace, order and good government.
Furthermore, government must ensure the protection of our property, and our freedoms.
To enslave us to the Banks (remember the criminal money laundering they confessed to) is to deny us that freedom, whilst ensuring mortgage interest rates rises skyrocket is jeopardising our property ownership-in the thousands.
All in all, this amounts to massive BREACH OF CONTRACT.
Bank money-laundering confessions:

https://www.smh.com.au/business/banking-and-finance/cba-reaches-700m-settlement-over-austrac-allegations-20180604-p4zj9p.html
This is all so well known that there is no need to post any more links on the matter.
People are welcome to make comments and I will answer them to the best of my ability.
This video was made in haste, so another explanatory video might be necessary.
But in all, I have had a lot of positive feedback about the ideas expressed here, one from one of the ladies I spoke to this morning.
I think the idea has merit, and will be sending the link to Anna von Reitz for her hoped-for comments.
She may give me a few more clues too, with a bit of luck.
In any event, warmest greetings to you all-this is all done for the benefit of the people, whether I know you or not.
Peace be with you all.

What The Minister Said...!
This video is related to the Victorian Government and issues related to homelessness and other services or government is contracted to provide.
I talk about the fact that governments are contracted service providers, only-and that if these services-health, housing, ambulances, power and gas, and so on are not provided, at reasonable cost, then the relevant government-state or federal-is in breach of contract, and that the charge is applicable and full commercial liability applies.
Explanations are made in the video, although there is a lot more to be said on the subject. Please find the links mentioned in the video, but start with the precedent-setting compensation paid out by the Victorian government to two major businesses that sued. The articles will explain all:
McDonalds sued Victorian government-and were considering suing for losses "...into the future...":

Important Local Council Information
An update on some important local council information for those being locked out of council meetings, etc.
Councils have a commercial relationship with their constituents, so being denied access for acting threateningly is a excuse for councils barring people or shutting down meetings and holding them privately.
So don't give them the opportunity to do so.
On cyber security: nothing is safe. The D-Wave computer can decrypt the highest grade military encryption in seconds, or less-see this extraordinary article form Mike Adams, who is a very smart guy himself:
https://www.naturalnews.com/2019-09-24-d-wave-2000-qubit-quantum-computing-encryption.html
So nothing is safe, so don't let your information get in the wrong hands.
When I read that article my first thoughts were that any business should have the option of going full analogue, as it is often governments that want your information, because they count every bean going in and out of the country, and are all corporate themselves, meaning that they are businesses.
So why would they not want ALL of your information.
A long established fact, as detailed by Minivan Jack:

The Voice: Is It A Con?
My comments on The Voice referendum , and my reservations about that referendum.
People need to be extremely cautious about how they vote in this one, as the future of Australia depends on this one.
Explanation in the video.
The video mentioned:
https://cairnsnews.org/2023/04/11/the-best-and-simplest-explanation-yet-of-the-unlawfulness-of-the-voice-referendum/
And please, if you are watching this video , forward it to everyone you can-not for what I am saying but for what this Grandmother Mulara is, as she has it down pat.
I am making another one to tell you about my experience with Aboriginal Corporations, and how they may not represent the best interest of Blackfellas properly.
These corporations are largely beholden to governments for their funding, and the facts of incorporation or registration are that when doing those things you give up full or part ownership of whatever you are incorporation or registering to the party you are registering and "INC-ing" with.
I will tell you some in the next video.
You might also want to see my Economic Genocide video, which I made some years ago, and which spells out the case fairly well, I think, and it is revving up as we speak:

Bit on a happier note, a lovely music video that speaks of hope and love.
We have the garden already. All we need to do is to reinvigorate it.

Council Advocacy and Petitioning Useless
An discussion on petitioning and advocacy in regard to local councils. The latter are useless as they hold no legal force.
Best is to hold your local council to its commercial liability, as councils are private commercial trading entities and must accept attendant liability, else they cannot legally trade.
So forget about advocacy and petitioning, entirely, is the best suggestion I can make.

On the Nature of Your Local Council
A video clarifying the events around the City of Greater Geelong Council's scrapping of the Belmont Bike lanes project. Council was Lawfully Noticed by me both at the April 30, 2019 regular council meeting, where the Council originally intended to approve the Belmont bike lanes project. At that meeting, when I took the microphone and addressed the Council, I Noticed them, verbally, as to their commercial liability over the project, in that, should the traders along that route suffer major financial losses, or even go to the wall, Council, as an organisation, could expect the traders to make claims against the Council, and against each councilor individually.
My address to that meeting, at approximately 42 minutes:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dFg_adjCitk
Council again sought to approve the bike lanes project on July 26, 2022, having deferred the vote for all that time.
On that day I issued a written Lawful Notice, via email, again holding the entire Council to their commercial liability. The approval was again deferred, and then the contract was subsequently scrapped, the local newspaper, the Geelong Advertiser reporting the scrapping on August 22.
The only other effort was a petition that was read out in Parliament on behalf of the traders along the bike lane route, petitions having no legal force t all.

Victorian Elections Withdrawal Of Consent Follow-Up video
A follow-up to my other election video seeking to clarify some aspects of the withdrawal of consent process.
Essentially I am saying get it dome whatever way you feel like, with an emphasis on acceptable verification, just in order to prevent any unnecessary controversy with the relevant "authorities".
I have also put an emphasis on the fact that we do not need to accept that a four year term is an inevitability, especially when we might have the suspicion that all was not above board with the counting, something which many people are concerned-and talking-about.

Victorian election, Ian Cook recount refusal and withdrawal of consent option
A rundown on some matters concerning Victoria and how we might institute a way to really hold our Parliamentarians to account-by withdrawing our consent to be governed. More in the video.

I would not be surprised if the tax payable on that coal would be some$40 billion.
I aim to find out.
If it is such a sum it would be hard to accept that anyone should be homeless, for a start, given that that money would easily pay for a home for everyone-and maybe even a holiday house by the sea?
