Flying the drone at crystal river

To make it in the jar you will need: 1/2 cups of old fashioned oats 1/2 cups of milk of your choice 1/4 of yogurt preferred Greek yogurt 1 tbsp. of Chia Seeds 1 tbsp. of maple syrup non sugar or Honey Stir well add your fruit of choice and set overnight. If you need to do sooner then keep in frig at least 4 hrs. For making in a bowl : 2 cups of old fashioned oats 2 cups of Milk your choice 1 cup of yogurt preferred Greek yogurt 1/4 of chia seeds 1/4 of maple syrup non sugar or Honey Stir well add your fruit of choice and set overnight.
