Four suspects have appeared in court in Moscow charged over the terrorist attack on the Crocus City Hall concert venue on Friday that killed 137 people. The men were officially identified as citizens of Tajikistan, the Tass state news agency said, and faced charges over a 'terror attack committed by a group of individuals resulting in a person’s death'. All four pleaded guilty. The incident near Moscow is the deadliest Islamic State-claimed assault on European soil and the deadliest attack by any group in Russia since the 2004 Beslan siege. Russia observed a nationwide day of mourning on Sunday, as the official number of wounded rose to 154. Russian authorities have said they expect the death toll to rise with at least a dozen victims still in critical condition.

Several people are believed to be dead after a number of gunmen in combat fatigues burst into a big concert hall in Moscow on Friday and fired automatic weapons at the crowd, according to Russian state media. Moscow is facing “a bloody terrorist attack”, Russia’s foreign ministry Maria Zakharova spokeswoman said. The attackers also used explosives, causing a massive blaze at the Crocus City Hall, which is on the western edge of Moscow. First, otters are different from sea otters. Sea otters spend most of their time in the water, but otters can live both on the ground and in water. This was effective in eliminating trafficking, and we don’t see otter trafficking on the news anymore. Kotaro and Hana were both born in Japan and have permits. It is so much work to have an otter as a pet. You need to be ready for more than its cuteness. They are loud, and they sometimes bite you. Food and water get very expensive, and you cannot keep otters in cages because they are active. Also, we never leave them at home. We always look after them closely like we do with human children, and our top priority is always them.
