Earlier on Saturday, Russia’s FSB security service confirmed that eleven suspects, including four of the alleged perpetrators, had been detained in Bryansk Region, not far from the Ukrainian border. Four suspects have appeared in court in Moscow charged over the terrorist attack on the Crocus City Hall concert venue on Friday that killed 137 people. The men were officially identified as citizens of Tajikistan, the Tass state news agency said, and faced charges over a 'terror attack committed by a group of individuals resulting in a person’s death'. All four pleaded guilty. The incident near Moscow is the deadliest Islamic State-claimed assault on European soil and the deadliest attack by any group in Russia since the 2004 Beslan siege. Russia observed a nationwide day of mourning on Sunday, as the official number of wounded rose to 154. Russian authorities have said they expect the death toll to rise with at least a dozen victims still in critical condition.

The attackers also used explosives, causing a massive blaze at the Crocus City Hall, which is on the western edge of Moscow.
