This Corvid put me through the ringer, but he persevered and is a, fully, wild AND independent Raven since May, 2020 - overall 🗽💪
I have soooo many pics and videos of him...yes, he IS a him AND still comes around (Now with his babe/girlfriend 😍 !) a couple/few times a month to check in/say "Hi" and to get his favorite treat - a deeeelicious sardine !
He still has a single white flight feather - likely the result of malnutrition early on before I found him, though it **might** be genetic.
Personally, I think it adds to his sexiness 😉

I'm Looking At The Man...Uh - Bird In The Mirror 😄
This Robin is having a serious issue in that he doesn't understand that the bird he's fighting and that's threatening his nest is him, over and over and over again. 😬
Even after I shot this video, he kept doing it and it's been almost 2 hours in total. 😳
Despite chasing him off, he quickly returns and resumes the insanity.
He might break his neck or get sniped by one of the local Sharp Shinned or Coopers Hawks.....because he's making himself an attractive target. 😥

Tonka loves adventures, especially those that take us through some challenging terrain and/or tundra.
This video captured one of those times when we were in the thicket, it was berry season for bear and my gut was telling me "This isn't one of your best ideas." 😬😄
I called Tonka "The Doctor" because no matter how challenging things got, he was always calm, cool, collected and, a couple of times, even saved my ass.

🤔 Why Didn't Your House Sell ? 🏡
In most cases, even in a strong Seller's Market, there's waaaay more to selling than simply putting the house up for sale and plugging in a "For Sale" sign.
It's, always, about the marketing with rare exceptions - the most common being:
1) List Price - because we can't sell a property for more than what a Buyer is willing to pay AND - in addition, if the Buyer needs a loan, then the lender won't lend over the appraised value.
Get that list price dialed-in BEFORE hitting the market.
2) NOT Showing Well - being the home/grounds are cluttered, the home has deferred maintenance issues, etc.
IF it's a clutter issue - clean the place up or hire someone to do it BEFORE coming on the market - so the video and pictures will look awesome.
IF it's deferred maintenance, lets have a conversation before coming on the market. In most cases, I can work that out for my clients.
Rare exceptions aside, it's the marketing. 😉
