And I’m happy to report that I’ve been in a peaceful mood ever since (this was 4 days ago now)! I felt immediate relief after drinking the shot and started to feel like myself again right away. I did the GAPS diet for 4 years, the AIP diet, different versions of paleo, keto, and plant-based… and even though I feel better on a plant-based diet—THE DETAILS MATTER. I still struggle with severe chronic pain and mental health issues UNLESS I’m strictly following @medicalmedium. Until MM I was trying to follow a generally anti-inflammatory diet… but no one could tell me WHY foods were inflammatory for me. Celery juice being the number one thing I added to my daily routine that helped my health incline. When I first started following MM protocols my intention was to heal my painful bloating. I never imagined healing so many other symptoms Ive struggled with in my past along the way, and one day at a time they slowly started to vanish. Some of them being : acne brain fog anxiety depression hair loss excessive weight loss raynauds syndrome OCD eye floaters allergies, and the list goes on. My tests come back and the doctor says I’m totally fine. Asks if I’m sure I’ve been throwing up for that many days? Am I doing this for attention? Am I making this up? I just need to stress less. This goes on for 3 years. While going to different doctors, specialists, alternative doctors - not one could tell me what was actually going on with me. They were stumped. They ordered allergy tests, told me I was sensitive to foods & that’s why I was throwing up so to eliminate foods from my diet. When that didn’t work they gave me supplements full of crap. The drs told me that my body was attacking itself and for years I internalized that I was faulty, broken, and just wrong. I silently battled my symptoms, ashamed of the fatigue, anxiety, depression, cystic acne, chronic UTI’s, and many other symptoms that I had so young. Determined to live my best life I pushed hard through my symptoms. I tried everything I could to heal.
