Slow jam on County Road 186 Union County Mississippi

My P7100 injection pump has a leak somewhere on the pump while driving. It runs smooth on the highway but has a rough startup.

I used a borescope to check the timing on the p7100 injection pump and the motor. The first image is the pump timing lever and the second is the motor timing gear pin slot.

Here's the clutch travel after removing the spring system and clearancing the frame.
