Beyond Race, Age, and Gender: The Truth About Success from Jane Elliott's Experiment!
Today we're going to talk about what some would consider an outrageous social experiment! If she conducted this social experiment in current times, she would probably be cancelled off the face of the earth.
In case you're wondering: "Jane who?"
Jane Elliott, an American schoolteacher, conducted a famous experiment that showed us it's our actions, not our race, age, gender or color of our eyes (as you'll hear in the video), that truly define our success. In this video, I delve into the details of the Jane Elliott experiment and the powerful message it conveys.
If you have a victim mindset, beware as it might break from watching this video! ;)
But that's not all.
We also venture into the realm of childhood trauma, exploring where our beliefs come from and how they can shape our lives in ways we often don't realize. I share insights on how to uncover these hidden beliefs and offer advice on how to navigate the journey of introspection.
This is crucial for everyone's personal development journey!
Introspection is what allows us to get face to face with our past and limiting beliefs so that we can then start the process of healing and overcoming these limiting beliefs. If we don't face our past, we'll end up in a circle of self sabotage...
Reminder for men's mental health month:
You don't have to go on this journey alone. Talking about your experiences with someone you trust can be a powerful tool for growth and understanding. So don't shy away from opening up and sharing your story. This could also be with a professional.
So, if you're ready to delve deep into the world of self-awareness and personal growth, this video is for you. And remember, it's not about where you come from, it's about what you do that truly defines you.
And as always:
Don't forget to hit that "Like" button if you find this video helpful and subscribe for more content like this. And since personal growth is an exciting journey, why not share this video with someone else so you can learn together?
Until next time, keep exploring, keep growing, and remember:
It's your actions that define you!
Don't let anyone tell you that you can't do something because of your gender, age, upbringing, race or anything else! You can do pretty much anything that you put your mind into!

The Lazy Person's Guide to Building Amazing Habits!
Hey there, it's Maikel back with another video that's going to change the way you look at your habits. This time, we're diving into the world of habit building and why most people utterly suck at it.
Ever tried to start a new habit and found yourself giving up after a few days?
You're not alone.
Most people make the mistake of setting huge, overwhelming goals for themselves: "I haven't worked out in 7 years... Let's go for 2 hours a day!" or "Maybe I should start reading. Let's read 40 pages a day!"
If you're like that, quit that immediately!
Setting such big daily goals as your habits is like creating your own personal Mount Everest. It's daunting, it's overwhelming, and it's a surefire way to set yourself up for failure. You're doomed to fail and give up, virtually guaranteed!
Here's what to do instead:
In this video, I talk about the importance of setting bare minimum goals. Just set foot in the gym. Just open the book. The idea is that once you have started, it becomes a lot easier to keep on going. I call this Newton's Third Law applied to people.
I share strategies on how to make your habits tiny so that there are no excuses possible. The smaller the habit, the easier it is to stick to it. And the easier it is to stick to a habit, the more likely you are to succeed.
So, if you're ready to overcome your habit-building hurdles, this video is for you. And remember, it's not about working harder, it's about working smarter. 😉
And as always:
Don't forget to hit that like button if you find this video helpful and subscribe for more content like this. And hey, why not share this video with a friend who could use a productivity boost? 🚀

Unbelievable Trick to END Procrastination - You'll Regret Not Trying This Now!
Here's the definition I use for procrastination:
"Procrastination is the result where our fear & other mental barriers are stronger than our desire to succeed."
This leaves us with 3 main reasons of overcoming procrastination:
1. Knowing Your Deepest Reason Why
To give you an example of this, my motivation for this channel could have simply been to make money online. But it's not! If that was my main motivation I would have given up a long time ago! Instead, I've been through depression and I've had suicidal thoughts at some point. My motivation is to help others better navigate life so they have more guidance in their journey.
See the difference of shallow versus deeper reasons?
When you have that deep understanding of why you MUST, not want to, succeed you have a solid foundation. That motivation allows you to stay disciplined and it helps with the perceived payoff, the desire we talked about.
Watch this to help find your why:
https://youtu.be/OH2W_3I5bQ8
2. The Second Way for overcoming procrastination is to lower the mental barriers
Oftentimes, we procrastinate because there is something we fear or because (subconsciously) we don't feel worthy of achieving the goal we set for ourselves. Overcoming procrastination this way is a fairly painful process, because you'll have to face your inner demons!
But it's one of the best things you'll EVER do!
Watch these if you want help with overcoming your mental blocks:
https://youtu.be/_XeuM3bzHL0
https://youtu.be/jDas3WOGDpo
And that leaves us with the third way over dealing with the issue of procrastination:
Attach pain to NOT taking action.
Putting in the work as opposed to playing video games or doing something fun is perceived as painful to our mind. To avoid it, the mind created a defence mechanism we commonly call procrastination. When you procrastinate, your mind is pretty much just steering you away from something it deems painful.
We can actually use that!
When you use accountability and raise the stakes, you make procrastinating painful as well, thus you tilt the scales in your favor! If you would look like a fool for not taking action and you'd lose a ton of money, that's a completely different scenario than the one where literally nothing happens if you don't take action.
In this video I'll share with you how to use these techniques to end procrastination once and for all!
Quick question:
If you're enjoying the information in these videos, please subscribe to my channel and like the video! And then share this with your like-minded friends so that you can grow together!

The Surprising Way Your EYES Can Help You Build Habits that Stick!
Hey there, it's Maikel back with another video that's going to change the way you look at your habits. This time, we're diving into the world of cues and how they can make or break your productivity.
Go-Go Gadget x-ray eyes! 🕵️♂️
Ever found yourself in a store, not feeling hungry at all, but the moment you lay your eyes on those ice cream tubs or bags of chips, you suddenly feel a craving? That's your eyes playing tricks on you, creating cravings out of thin air.
In a way, your eyes create your habits.
In this video, I talk about the importance of having cues and how they can either lead you to success or down a rabbit hole of procrastination. Visual cues can make your habits stick better than a cat to the box of your new TV.
I share strategies on how to make sure the cues for bad habits are hidden or not present and how to add visual (and other) cues into our environment. Post-it notes with a message, reminders in your phone, you name it. Get those creative juices flowing to add visual cues to your life to build better habits..
But that's not all. The second part of this video is all about making good habits easier. I mean, who wouldn't want that? I share tips on how to make bad habits harder to actually do and good habits easier to pull off. For example, having gym clothes laying in the chair you usually sit in, both visible and easier to get than if they're in the attic.
The more friction you can remove from your desired habits, the better!
So, if you're ready to overcome procrastination, build good habits, and make your life a whole lot easier, this video is for you. And remember, it's not about working harder, it's about working smarter. 😉
And as always:
Don't forget to hit that like button if you find this video helpful and subscribe for more content like this. And hey, why not share this video with a friend who could use a productivity boost? 🚀

Time Management Is a MYTH! Here's What Actually Matters:
Time management is a myth!
There, I said it!
We often hear about the importance of managing our time effectively, but the truth is, we don't manage time - we MAKE it for what truly matters to us. In this video, I challenge the traditional concept of time management and introduce a more effective approach: prioritization.
Think about it:
If something is truly important to you, you'll find a way to make time for it. Watch this video to learn how to prioritize effectively and make the most of your days, so that you'll go to bed satisfied at your achievements!
The thing is, you wouldn't say you don't have time to eat or sleep, right?
That's because these activities are essential to your survival. The same principle applies to other areas of your life. If you value your health, you'll make time for regular exercise. If you value your relationships, you'll make time for the people you care about.
The truth is:
Either you find a way, or you'll find an excuse!
But... how often have you found yourself getting distracted by something and ended up "not having the time" for what really mattered? When we say we have terrible time management, it is that we let trivial tasks and distractions consume our time and energy. Meanwhile, our true priorities get pushed into oblivion!
We DO have the time, period!
But we need to do more than just effectively manage our time.
In this video, I share my insights on why time management is a myth and how you can shift your focus to prioritization. I'll provide practical time management tips and strategies to help you identify your true priorities and make time for what really matters.
Remember, life isn't about squeezing as many tasks as possible into your day!
It's about making time for what's truly important. So forget about time management - it's time to prioritize!
Forget about making all of these small optimizations in your day to streamline it. Instead, adopt the viciousness of a grizzly bear in eliminating the garbage from your life!
And as always:
If you find this video helpful, please give it a thumbs up and share it with someone who might benefit from it. And if you haven't already, don't forget to subscribe to the channel for more content like this.

How Social Media Divides Our Countries & How to Break OUT of Online Echo Chambers!
Ever found yourself caught up in a heated debate online, only to realize later that it was a complete waste of your time and energy? Or perhaps you've found yourself obsessing over a headline that stirred up strong emotions, only to discover later that the full story was more nuanced than the headline suggested?
If so, this video is for you.
In this video, I introduce a powerful question that can help you navigate the often divisive and emotionally charged world of social media and online debates:
"What if I'm completely wrong about this?"
We all like to believe that our opinions are the absolute truth. This is then further reinforced by social media echo chambers: The fact that you're mostly seeing content you engage with most, which is usually the content that "confirms" your beliefs.
However...
It's rarely black & white & the truth will be somewhere in the middle.
The issue is that both sides usually argue online (and off) as if they alone know the truth and the other person is just a blistering idiot. It creates a pretty toxic social media environment. It becomes an "Us VS Them" kind of scenario that benefits nobody and only generates hatred!
This isn't just about being open-minded. It's about recognizing that our understanding of the world is limited and that we can always learn something new.
It's about being willing to challenge our own beliefs and assumptions, to seek out different perspectives, and to engage in thoughtful, respectful dialogue with others.
It's time to overcome division and make social media a better place!
In this video, I'll share some practical tips on how to apply this question in your own life.
I'll talk about the importance of reading beyond the headlines, researching multiple perspectives, and bringing facts, statistics, and reasoned arguments to the table when engaging in debates. All so that you can create a better understanding and ultimately move your life ahead with more knowledge.
As always, if you find this video helpful, please give it a thumbs up and share it with someone who might benefit from it. And if you haven't already, don't forget to subscribe to the channel for more content like this. I'm here to help you navigate life's challenges and achieve your goals.

Answer THIS Question to Expose and Eliminate Bad Habits!
When you're facing a problem, what's the advice that people will generally give you?
Usually, it is to do MORE.
Wanna get in shape? Do more exercise!
Wanna get out of debt? Work & save more!
Wanna get that promotion? Put in more effort!
But what if there was another way to achieve your goals?
What if, in order to solve a problem and reach a certain goal, you could only do LESS? How would you go about achieving that same goal that way?
It's an interesting question, isn't it?
It's one of the questions you should ask yourself, because it helps you identify your bad habits so that you can eliminate them. For example, less junk food will help you get in shape. Less useless spending helps you get out of debt. Less scrolling Facebook helps you get more done at work to get that promotion.
See the point?
It's all about our bad habits.
Yes, putting in the effort to build new and better habits in our lives will definitely help a great deal! However, oftentimes it can be just as (or more) effective to eliminate the things that drag us back from achieving that goal!
Try asking yourself this question and take note of the answer you give yourself!
And, to get the full 6.5 questions you should ask yourself, watch the full video here: https://youtu.be/ECpjuSnTbSc

The Simple Exercise to Uncover Your Hidden Beliefs & Overcome Self Sabotage!
Have you ever experienced self sabotage in your life? You know, that experience where you're trying to achieve something, you're making progress and then at one point... you go straight back to square zero.
Self sabotage is a nasty thing that holds us back from reaching our goals?
Here's what you need to know:
You ALWAYS get what you want!
Sounds like a contraction, doesn't it?
The thing is you always get what you want, but you don't always get what you want consciously. Meaning that if you want to achieve a certain goal consciously but subconsciously you feel unworthy of that goal, you will get what your subconscious wants!
That's why self sabotage happens.
And so, in order to overcome self sabotage, you need to first find your inner demons. In other words, you need to find out what hidden beliefs you have about yourself and your abilities so that you can work on overcoming limiting beliefs in order to achieve your goals once and for all!
So, how do you uncover your hidden beliefs?
In this video, you will learn where limiting beliefs come from and you will get a simple exercise to uncover your limiting beliefs. After you have found those, you can get started on processing them so that they no longer hold you back from achieving the goals that you want!
Best of luck on your journey to more self awareness and success!

The Case Against "Manifestation" and How to ACTUALLY Get Results!
You've probably heard about The Law of Attractions and the power of manifestation. There are many people that claim that the thoughts you hold are what attract the things you desire into your life.
But does it really?
Obviously, our thoughts are very powerful and we can achieve almost anything we set our minds to. However, the idea of manifestion is not nearly sufficient to get more out of life!
Does it help?
Absolutely!
If you believed with all your heart, it's 100% guaranteed that you will fail!
However, this isn't because you're "manifesting" failure or that The Law of Attraction is working against you. It's much simpler. If you don't believe in yourself, your actions will reflect your lack of belief and/or you'll give up at the first sight of resistance!
THAT'S why failure happens in that example.
On the other hand, it definitely helps when you clearly visualize your goals and believe 100% you will get there. However... if you don't put in the work, you will NEVER actually achieve that goal!
You manifest the life you want through your actions!
After all, they speak louder than words!
So don't get tricked into this lazy mindset that manifestation will help you to achieve your goals. It's a helpful step in the process, but at the end of the day your results in life are determined by the massive action you take and the continuous improvement you make!
And that's enough out of me, go and mani.. err take massive action my friend!

6.5 Questions to Make Better Decisions and Level Up Life!
There are NO stupid answers, only stupid questions!
Read that again.
You have probably been told the opposite. It's what teachers use to encourage students to feel confident enough to ask questions. However, in actual life there are MANY terrible questions you could ask yourself and others!
For example:
If you make a mistake and then ask yourself "Ugh, why am I such an idiiot?" your brain will give you an answer. It's what our brain is designed to do. However, the answer is going to make you feel worse about yourself, because it's a dumb question to ask...
So, what questions should we ask ourselves?
If there is one thing that truly fascinates me, it's the power of our minds. We are literally problem solving machnes! However, in order to get to the best decisions and best solutions, we need to ask the best questions.
Think of it like giving a prompt to ChatGPT:
With the right prompt, you'll get a fantastic return. With a terrible prompt, the result will be equally terrible..
Your mind works the same way!
So in this video I cover 6 questions you should ask yourself. These are questions to help you solve problems, questions to gain more self awareness, questions to help you stay on track and more!
Use these questions to get better answers out of yourself and move ahead with your goals!

Why Brian Tracy's Eat the Frog Idea Does Not Work!
Ever heard of the "Eat the Frog" idea for more productivity and better time management? This concept was developed and popularized by Brain Tracy, the famous personal development author. The idea is to start your day by "Eating the frog" and doing the most challenging and grueling task as early as possible.
In comparison, the other tasks won't feel as bad after that.
However, does his advice actually work?
The truth is that for a lot of people, Eat the Frog is terrible advice!
For example, I'm a night owl like many people are. In the early morning, I'm definitely not at my best. Make me do my most challenging task at this time means that it won't get done as well as I'm capable of and it's going to take significantly longer.
Eat the frog doesn't work for me because of that reason, and instead I should be doing those more difficult tasks at a time later in my day that is best suited for me.
So, if you shouldn't use Brian Tracy's Eat the Frog idea, what can you do instead?
What works well for me (and other slow starters) is to get started with building momentum early on. I like to start my days by doing the easiest thing on my to-do list. It helps me ease into the workday, but I do get started with my work immediately, that's the crucial part.
The earlier you can start being productive, the easier it is to keep this going throughout the day!

Building True Confidence: Why Fake It Till You Make It Doesn't Work!
When it comes to building confidence, you will often get advice that is way too shallow and doesn't actually work. You ask someone how do I build up confidence, and they'll tell you to just fake it.
These kinds of confidence "hacks" don't work!
So, how DO you build confidence?
On one hand, the reason why most "confidence building techniques" don't work, is because they don't tackle the root of the problem. Confidence issues generally stem from deeply rooted psychological issues. Low confidence usually isn't the problem, it is the symptom of the real problem.
And so, you need to tackle the actual problem.
"Fake it till you make it" or other tips for building confidence approach things at the surface level, which not turning at all to the deeper problem.
Here's the second thing when it comes to building confidence:
Confidence comes from competence, and what you do with that competence.
To put it bluntly:
If you have no discernable skills, live in your parents' basement, don't have a job, have no study, don't have a social life, are dead broke and not doing anything whatsoever with your life.... low confidence is the only logical feeling!
Without having justified confidence, it's going to be tough as nails!
On the other hand, if you're constantly learning and honing your skills, you're becoming a better version of yourself every single day. At the end of the day, you can look at yourself and be proud! On top of that, your competence is going to lead to more and better accomplishments.
The end result is true confidence!

The Compulsive Gambler in the Afterlife: A Motivational Story About Hardship!
One of the things I see come up regularly when it comes to life is that people look for a life where they don't have any problems. Maybe you feel the same way as well in your life.
But let me tell you this:
Living a life where everything is going smoothly and you have no problems at all will quickly become a living hell to you! As I'm sharing in this motivational story, when you don't earn your success and accolades, you're not going to fully appreciate it.
Life will become boring that way!
And so the moral of the story is that you NEED struggle in life to fully enjoy living. Life is kinda like a trampoline, you need to go down on it for it to bounce you back up higher. You need the ups and downs.
Emotional Mastery for Men: Balance Stoicism and Vulnerability!
You have most likely heard that advice that as a man, it's a huge weakness to show emotion and that you do your duty as unemotionally as possible. You have probably also heard the advice that men should be "more in touch with their emotions".
So, what should you go for?
- Do you need more emotional control as a man?
- Should men be stoic at all times?
- Should you open yourself up more to your emotions?
The short answer is yes, to all of those.
One of the main issues men face when it comes to their emotions is that if left unchecked, negative emotions can lead to limiting beliefs about yourself, self sabotage and other things that can completely cripple your progress and ambitions.
And so, accepting and processing your emotions is crucial for success!
However, on the other hand there is a fine line between the masculine trait of having processed and overcome the baggage of your past experience & trauma on one hand, and being an over emotional crybaby on the other hand.
So when it comes to emotional control for men, you need to balance stoicism with your more emotional side!
On one hand, you need to process and use how you feel for the better, but on the other hand you cannot let your emotions dictate your actions. It means to resolve the negativity inside of your own head, but at the same time it means being disciplined enough to do what needs to be done, regardless of how you feel!

2 Life Lessons I Learned WAY Too Late & What I Would Do Differently!
What would you have done differently if you could start life over with the knowledge that you have today?
What would you do differently?
In this video I'm sharing some of the biggest mistakes that I made in my life and the perspective and wisdom that I have now. In doing so, hopefully you'll be able to get a new view on your own life and don't have to learn these lessons the hard way.
The first mistake to cover is patience.
I know it sounds boring to say that you should be patient and don't expect or want results straight away. We all want things sooner than later. However, a lack of patience has set me back YEARS of my life!
However, here's the crucial thing to note:
Back in the day, I was working on projects that, if I stuck with them for longer, would have been incredibly successful! Hindsight and new understanding taught me that I was on the right track but I gave up because I didn't see progress soon enough. Had I stuck with it for a year or two (not weeks or months!), my life would have turned out totally different!
The second mistake was rooted in insecurity.
Back in the day, I wasn't confident in myself, my abilities, or my own opinion . I gave WAY too much weight to the opinion of others and let them dissuade me from doing the things I knew (deep down inside) I actually should. And so the lesson is to value your own opinion and happiness more than the doubters and naysayers!
Please take note of these life lessons I learned too late.
