1.5 oz Creme de Cacao
1 oz Irish Cream
1 oz Heavy Cream
Chocolate syrup (rim)
Cocoa powder (rim)

GREEK YOGURT RAMEN W/EGG
1 package instant ramen noodles with seasoning. Chicken or beef flavor.
1 - 2 tablespoons plain greek yogurt
1 - 2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 large egg
Green onions for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook ramen according to directions.
2. Add an egg to the boiling water with the noodles and cook 3 minutes for a runny yolk. Cook longer for your desired doneness.
3. Drain egg on paper towel and set aside.
4. Once noodles have cooked to desired doneness, strain noodles and place in serving bowl, but keep the liquid.
5. Add the desired amount of the seasoning packet you wish to use, soy sauce, and greek yogurt. Stir to combine.
6. Add the reserved broth to your desired amount and stir. You are looking for the texture to be creamy and not soupy.
6. Add egg and garnish with green onions.
SUGGESTION: Can add matchstick carrots while boiling the ramen as well as bean sprouts or any other fine diced/chopped veggie.

Classic cocktail from the 1930's that tastes like a dessert. It combines brandy. chocolate and cream to create a decadent cocktail.
Ingredients
2 oz Brandy or Cognac
2 oz Creme de Cacao
2 oz Heavy Cream
Garnish: Nutmeg
Instructions
Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
Add Brandy or Cognac, Creme de Cacao, and Heavy Cream.
Shake cocktail shaker until cold.
Strain into a Martini or Coupe glass. (Preferably chilled)
Garnish with Nutmeg.

Chocolate Nutella & Himalayan Salt
I came across this fudge a few years ago. I make it at Christmas to give as gifts. They are so creamy and the combination of chocolate and hazelnut is to die for. The addition of salt puts it over the top satisfying your sweet and salty craving. This is so easy to make that you can make it any time of the year. I used dark chocolate chips and Himalayan salt instead.
