LOADED TATER TOTS APPETIZER Ingredients * 48-60 frozen tater tots (16-oz bag) * 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded * 1/2 cup sour cream * 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled * 2 green onions, sliced (green part only) Instructions * Preheat oven to 450ºF. Spray muffin pan cups with cooking spray.
 * For mini-sized muffin pan: Place 2-3 tater tots in each muffin cup. 
 * For regular sized muffin pan: Place 4-5 tater tots in each muffin cup. 
 * Place tater tots muffin pan on bottom rack of the oven and and bake 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven.
 * Spray bottom of shot glass or small juice glass with cooking spray. Use it (in a twisting motion) to press the tater tots in each muffin cup to make potato cup. Return to oven; bake additional 15 minutes or until deep golden brown.
 * Add 1 tablespoon of cheese to each potato cups and bacon .Bake for 4-5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. Transfer to platter and let cool for 5 minutes. 
 * Add sour cream, and green onion to each tater tot cup, and other garnishes. Serve Ham, salami, and cheese Puff Pastry Pinwheels INGREDIENTS 1 store-bought puff pastry sheet 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise Submarine dressing 4-5 slices deli ham, salami or your choice of cold cuts 4-5 slices provolone cheese or your choice of cheese 1 large egg, beaten Instructions Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set it aside.
Spread the mayonnaise over the puff pastry sheet. Arrange the ham on top in a single layer. Top it with the provolone cheese. Roll the puff pastry into a tight log. Set the log seam side down .Using a pastry brush, brush the tops and sides of each pinwheel with the egg wash.
Bake until they are golden, about 17 to 20 minutes. Serve

Ingredients 1 lb ground beef 1 egg ¼ cup bread crumbs 4 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley, divided ½ tablespoon salt ½ tablespoon pepper 1 batch pizza dough 1 cup marinara sauce, plus more for serving 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese ¼ cup butter, melted 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese 1 In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons of parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well. 2 Pinch off a ball of the mixture, roll between your hands to make ping pong ball-sized meatball. Repeat with the rest of the meat. 3 In a large pan, cook the meatballs over medium heat, turning to brown each side. Remove from heat and drain on a paper towel. 4 Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). 5 Pinch off a portion of pizza dough and, with your hands or a rolling pin, flatten out and top with a tablespoon of marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. 6 Add a meatball and wrap the dough over, pinching at the seams to close. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. 7 Arrange the balls in a circle, seam-side down, in a large cast-iron skillet. Mix the melted butter with the garlic, remaining 2 tablespoons of parsley, and the Parmesan. Brush the balls with the garlic butter mixture. 8 Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool for 5-10 minutes. 9 Place a bowl of warm marinara sauce in the middle of the skillet, then serve.

Cook the garlic, sausage, and chicken until garlic starts to brown and the chicken is no longer pink. * Sprinkle over the Cajun seasoning and stir to evenly coat the sausage and chicken. * Add the cream, and bring to a boil. * Add the pasta, stirring until evenly mixed. * To finish, add parmesan and parsley, stirring until cheese melts and pasta is coated with a thick sauce.
