Truth For Health Foundation Presents: Holding Hospitals Accountable for Deaths: STOP WHITE COAT KILLERS Hospitals across America are killing as many as 1000 patients a day using “COVID” protocols with a deadly cocktail of toxic drugs, ventilators, withholding fluids and nutrition, physical restraints, and other measures to weaken patients. As of October 25, 2022, Johns Hopkins University CSSE COVID-19 data shows over 1.1 million COVID-19 patients have died in US hospitals under these practices. These preventable deaths are still continuing daily. We must act to stop these atrocities. Shockingly, hospitals are paid incentives that can reach $500,000 or more per COVID patient by the US government according to analysis by attorneys who recently filed three lawsuits against hospitals and doctors in Fresno, California, and have similar suits underway in six other states. “This is a call to action to stop the white coat killers and hold them accountable” said Elizabeth Lee Vliet MD, President and CEO of Truth for Health Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity human rights organization defending life and medical freedom. “If you have a loved one who died in the hospital after receiving government-mandated COVID treatments or who were refused their patient rights, or were knowingly euthanized, there are actions you can file to hold that hospital accountable,” said Dr. Vliet who has been involved in hospital “rescues” of such patients throughout the COVID pandemic.

The Joint Commission is an accrediting body that accredits over 22,000 health care organizations in the United States. Joint Accreditation is a rigorous, financially, and time-consuming process. Joint Commission is the organization that sets quality standards and evaluates the hospital’s performance based on the quality and safety standards. Once a hospital is “joint-commission accredited,” every hospital goes through periodic onsite compliance reviews to be sure th institution is meeting expectations to maintain this “Gold Standard” of care. Loss of accreditation signifies a severe departure from safety and quality standards and results in significant operational and financial consequences. As such, Joint Commission accredited organizations are highly motivated to avoid safety/ quality care violations. Sentinel Event Safety Violations can trigger investigations of hospitals and could, if severe violations are found, lead to loss of Joint Commission accreditation. Loss of their JCAH “Gold Seal” is a huge concern to hospitals and health systems, and can result in loss of contracts, loss of revenue, loss of prestige, and significant negative publicity – none of which hospital executives want to see happen.

Attorneys Dan Watkins and Michael Hamilton announced in a national Press Conference September 7 the filing of their first-in-the-nation landmark lawsuit against three hospitals on behalf of families who had lost their loved ones with the “bounties” paid to hospitals for using the toxic combination of food and fluid restriction, remdesivir, mechanical ventilation, high dose morphine-midazolam respiration-suppressing cocktail to spiral patients down the dark road to death. After more than 2 ½ years of daily COVID deaths in America’s hospitals, we finally have the first two attorneys in the US to take legal action boldly and courageously against three hospitals in Fresno, California for wrongful death, medical battery, elder abuse and other violations of patients’ rights to hold these hospital administrators, doctors and nurse accountable for such horrific patient abuses.
