Jaylen Brown May Not Be A Celtic For Much Longer
The rumor mill around the NBA is that Jaylen Brown wants out of Boston. John Granato of ESPN reported on the radio show 97.5 Houston the bench that the Houston Rockets will be gearing up to pursue Jaylen Brown this offseason if he becomes available via trade he also reported that the Rockets will be trying to hire Ime Udoka who is the former Boston Celtics head coach who coached them all the way to the NBA finals last year. So it seems like the Rockets will be trying to go after the Celtics' Talent or former talent. but it looking like Jaylen Brown doesn't want to be a Celtics player for the long run, as evident by how he has critiqued the Celtics' fan base. Jaylen Brwon expressed how he has experienced racism from Celtics fans in a quote about this he said that it is not the whole Celtics fan base but there is a percentage of Boston Celtics Fans that can be very Nasty when a black player doesn't perform up to standards. and he is not the only player that has complained about this, Draymond Green has come out and said this, and LeBron James publicly came out and said that Celtics Fans are very racist. But it is also looking as if Jaylen Brown is not committed to the Boston Celtics Long term, he was asked about it in a press conference and he said that he is unsure and will go where he is wanted and where he is treated correctly and that last statement is interesting because it gives insight into how Jaylen Brown views himself in relation to the Boston Celtics Organization, I think that Jaylen Brown thinks the Boston Celtics don't appreciate him enough and that because he views himself as good or better than Jayson Tatum and in a way, he is kind of right. Last year in the finals against the Golden State Warriors Jaylen Brwon was clearly more valuable than Jayson Tatum. Tatum seemed to shrink under all the bright lights and it seemed like the moment was too much for him while inversely JJaylen Brown seemed to be ready for the moment and thrived off of it. in the finals last year Jaylen Brwon was the lead scorer for the Celtics he averaged 23,5 points per game in comparison to Jayson's 21.5 points per game so if you think Hayson Tatum is better you have to at least consider that gap between them isn't that large. furthermore, Jaylen thinks he is undervalued because of how many times the Boston Celtics have been willing to shop him around to other teams during the offseason and trade deadlines while they've never done so to Jayson Tatum and Jaylen is supposed to be one of the core pieces of the Boston Celtics.ESPN First Take

Why Nikola Jokic Deserves MVP Over Joel Embiid
Why Nikola Jokic Deserves MVP over Joel Embiid. The NBA season is coming to an end with only six games remaining left to play and with that, the speculation for awards is starting to ramp up, especially the MVP award, and it is looking like it's going to come down to Joel Embiid and Nikola Jokic this year again like it did last year and in 2021, and there were others that were in contention such as Jayson Tatum, he was a favorite all the way up until December but was usurped by Nikola Jokic when his team the Boston Celtics had a slump in which they lost a lot of games, and the other player that had a chance and someone I think should get more consideration than he is currently getting is Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks, he has been really good this year as well in addition to his team being the number one seed in the Eastern conference and eastern conference that is actually tougher its western counterpart. but what will stifle Giannis antetokounmpo's bid for the award will be how he embarrassingly lost the to Boston Celtics last night, they really did a number on him and the bucks it was bad, but realistically it is going to come down to Joel Embiid and Nikola Jokic and in this video, I explain why I think Nikola Jokic should win it again for the third year in a row and yes sympathy won't help Joel Embiid win, he has to earn it and in my eyes, I don't he has yet. the number one reason for Nikola Jokic winning is tipple-doubles, Nikola Jokic is currently averaging a triple-double and I know that the illustrious nature of the triple-double has faded in recent years due to Russell Westbrook managing to average triple-doubles for four years while simultaneously managing to be a liability to his team but with Nikola Jokic it is different, he is much more sophisticated than Westbrook, his triple-doubles translates to win, in fact, this season alone the Denver Nuggets are 24-1 when Nikola Jokic drops a triple-double. Also, the second reason for Nikola Jokic winning the award is that he is averaging a triple-double while being the most efficient player in the league with a PER rating of 32, in fact, that is the highest PER rating ever in the history of the NBA. the third reason for Nikola Jokic winning the MVP is the fact that his team is the number one team in the western conference and has been so ever since December and they have a better record than the 76ers. Also, Nikola Jokic has played more games than Joel Embiid, that stats say Nikola Jokic is the MVP

This Andrew Wiggins Rumor Has To Stop!
This Andrew Wiggins Rumor has to stop because it is making his life really hard. Andrew Wiggins has been missing from the Warrior's lineup for over a month now and it's affecting the Warriors. They need him to be successful, he played a vital role in them winning their 4th championship in six years last year against the Boston Celtics, Klay Thompson wasn't himself Last year coming off an ACL injury so Andrew Wiggins Stepped up to do the things Klay used to do like defend wing players, shifty and elite guards and he was also very helpful on the glass, grabbing rebounds for the team. the bottom line is the warriors need Andrew Wiggins. and it is evident by how the Warriors are struggling right now, they are 8-29 on the road, and that's bad because they are the defending champions. but that asks the question of why Andrew Wiggins has been missing for long, well the good news is that it is not a season-ending injury or anything like that, On Feb 14 the Warriors said that Andrew Wiggins would be stepping away from the warriors but they didn't say why, and of course, that led to a lot of speculation from the fans and out of these speculations a rumor came out that the reason Andrew Wiggins wasn't playing was that his long time girlfriend cheated on him and that the two kids he has with her aren't actually his and that has devastated him to the point where he needs time to recoup. Now there is no validity to this rumor whatsoever there is no source and even some of Andrew's teammates have come out in his defense, Draymond green on his podcast dismissed this and asked fans to stop making up things. and I want to ask fans to stop running with this story because it just makes things worse for Andrew Wiggins cause what if he is dealing with something else and now this is added to whatever it is he is going through. also, we have to be sensitive to his family.

How Lebron James Created The Worst Era Of The NBA
How Lebron James created the worst era Oof the NBA, The NBA is a completely different league than it was all the way back in 2010 when Lebron James decided to take his talents to south beach, at the time he may have not known it but that decision would be one of the most impactful decisions he would ever make. and that caused a lot of change for the NBA, some of those changes were good but in my opinion, they made the league worse. Ever since Lebron James made that decision, the NBA has devolved into a worse state and I blame Lebron Because the league moves where LeBron goes, that is what comes with being the best player in the league for the past 15 years that what comes with being the face of the NBA. He ushered in the era of player mobility and it is recking the NBA, take the cases of Kyrie Irving, James Harden, and Kevin Durant, all three of these guys are some of the best players and some of the biggest stars the NBA has to offer but they all have something in common and that is that they feel like they have no obligation to their word, Kyrie Irving signs a contract and has no intentions of fulfilling it. he did this in Cleveland when he signed with them and then he forced his out when he wanted to be treated like Lerbron and the organization said no, he demanded a trade to the Boston Celtics where he was supposed to be the guy when that didn't work out he forced his way to Brooklyn and recently he has forced his way to the Dallas Mavericks cause things didn't work out with the Brooklyn nets. James Harden did the exact same thing with the Houston Rockets even though since they traded for him they did everything in their power to surround him with the talent that he would need to win a championship, talents like Dwight Howard, Chris Paul, and Russell Westbrook, when things weren't peachy he forced his way out of Houston by wearing a fat suit and pretending to be a lesser player than he used to be, when he got to Brooklyn and the things with the Nets weren't working out he forced his way to the 76ers Kevin Durant is no different he did the same thing with the warriors and recently the Brooklyn Nets, all three of these players never had the intentions of holding up their end of the bargain and it sucks for the fanbases of the teams and the owners are going to use the fact that players aren't playing out their contracts and are sitting out games cause of "load management" as an argument for players to get less money in the next CBA.ESPN First Take

Nikola jokic Gets Too Much Hate (Why It Needs To Stop)
Nikola Jokic Gets too much hate from the media and it was proved last week when Kendrick Perkins took onto the airwaves and insinuated that if Nikola Jokic wins his third MVP this year it will be cause he is white. He tried to say that 80 percent of NBA voters are white and because of that they are all going to vote for JNikola Jokic, but there is more to this than just Kendrick Perkins being a racist, The hate or scrutiny that Nikola Jokic is currently experiencing is due to something else, it is due to the fact that he is on the verge of doing something not even Michael Jordan or Lebron James has accomplished, and that is he will be the first player since 1984 to three-peat the MVP award, he will join an elite group of guys that have done this and that group only consists of Bill Russell, Wilt Chamberlin, and Larry Bird. And because of this many in the media don't want Nikola Jokic to win, because Nikola Jokic doesn't fit your typical NBA superstar, he isn't flashy, and there is nothing eye-catching about him apart from his height, if you were to see Nikola in public and you didn't know he played in the NBA you'd think that he was a tall mechanic or plumber, he doesn't have crazy hair, doesn't have tattoos or a big social media following, he isn't controversial hew just gets up every day and does his job, and the idea that someone like that could be doing something some greats in the NBA have never done especially Michael Jordan doesn't sit right with some NBA talking heads. People in the media hate when someone challenges their idols like Michael Jordan or Lebron James, I hate to say but they don't like that he is European and doing this. That's why Kendrick Perkins came up with crazy stats to try and discredit Nikola, He tried to say that since 1990 the only players that have one MVP without being in the top 10 scoring of that year have all been white, Steve Nash, Dirk Nowitzki, and Nikola Jokic, he chose not to go beyond 1990 for. a reason and that reason is that if he were to he would see that Magic Johnson won 3 MVPs without being a top 10 scorer.

Ja Morant's Situation Just Got Worse
Ja Morant's situation just got worse, way worse. so not even two days after I made my last video about Ja Morant in which he was accused of beating up a 17-year-old and pulling a gun on Ja Morant decides to make more news headlines for bad decisions. during the weekend Ja Morant was suspended indefinitely and that is because after the game on Friday between the Memphis Grizzlies and the Denver Nuggets Ja Morant decided to go to a gentleman's club in Denver at five in the morning, while at this club Ja Morant decided to go on Instagram live now that already a recipe for disaster, he then went on to brandish and flaunt a gun on the live recording. the next morning it made news headlines and Ja Morant was immediately suspended by the Memphis Grizzlies for two games he hasn't played since Ja Morant took the video down but it was too late everybody had already recorded it and it was all over the internet. The NBA subsequently launched its own investigation into the incident and will come down with its own verdict and subsequent punishment. Ja Morant released a statement on Saturday in which he acknowledged his wrongdoing and says he is going to try and do better, he also deactivated his Twitter and his Instagram. Now the good news for him is that his sponsor Nike has decided to stick by his side because they think their partnership is still salvageable and Ja Moran's image is still salvageable and they think they can still sell sneakers with him. they released a statement on Saturday in which they said they were happy to hear that Ja Morant will be taking time to improve himself. But like it just got worse for Ja Morant because the CBA agreement that the NBA has with the NBAPA, states that if a player brings a gun onto NBA premises, including a plane, that results in an automatic 50 games suspension, the NBA is trying to find out how Ja Morant got the gun to Denver, was it in his bag when flew there? cause if so this would be really bad for Ja Morant also the police are also involved and investigating how he got into the club with the gun. so all around its not looking good for Ja Morant.

Ja Morant Has Lost His Mind
Ja Morant has officially lost his mind, On Wednesday morning the Washington Post's Molly-Hensley-Clancy dropped a bombshell of the report when she reported that last year on July 26th Ja Morant got into an altercation with a 17-year-old in which Ja Morant hit a teenager 12 to 13 times and afterward went into his house and came out with a gun in his waistband as a result of feeling threatened by a comment the teenager said. he was going to come back to Ja Morant's house and light it up like fireworks. In the police report obtained by the Washing Post, Ja Morant stated that he was the first person to swing after the Teenager threw the ball at him. But it also reported that just days before that incident Ja Morant got into an altercation at a Memphis shopping mall in which the head of the security guard felt threatened. It's alleged that the incident started with Ja Morant's mom who was at the finish line and got into a disagreement with an employee, she then called her son at which Ja Morant arrived with nine of his people and asked about the employee. It's reported that Ja Morant inquired about when the employee would be off work. that is when the head of security was called to intervene and apparently Ja Morant threatened him. This doesn't look good for Ja Morant, especially considering just last month Ja Morant was investigated by the NBA because the pelicans accused him of confronting their players on the bus and one of his people pointing a laser at them. what are my thoughts on this? I think that Ja Morant is either stupid or he is hanging out with people who are stupid or Both because Ja Morant doesn't seem to grasp the fact that he has made it, and because he has made it he now has a lot to lose and because of that has to watch how he moves. He has a $200 million contract with the Memphis Grizzlies and a shoe deal with Nike. He has to realize that he is representing more than just himself now. he can't be mentioned in the same headline as guns or beating up a 17-year-old.

How Kawhi Leonard Helped Ruin The NBA
Load Management is ruining the NBA. The NBA is facing a problem that could threaten its very existence in the future if it is not dealt with. As the years have gone on, more and more players have been taking games off. This is due to what is called load management. if you are unfamiliar with this concept, it is basically what it sounds like, it's when players take games off not because of injuries or personal problems at home, but because they want to reduce the amount of wear and tear they put on their bodies. this trend was first popularized by Kawhi Leonard when he first sustained a major injury playing for the San Antonio Spurs, Because he refused to play games even though he was given the green light to do so by team doctors he eventually got traded to the Toronto Raptors, where he continued to sit games out. The Toronto Raptors allowed this for two reasons first because they were glad to have landed a major star, remember Toronto doesn't get free agents so they have to get stars through the trade and two, Kawhi Leonard was a one-year rental and the Raptors were willing to do anything to entice him into resigning the following summer, including letting him sit. eventually, the Toronto Raptors won the championship in 2019, and to the analytics people that loved load management, this was proof that it worked. Kawhi signed with the Clippers and continued the trend. Other players jumped on to it like Paul George and Lebron James. But it is bad for the League. because it cheats on fans. Fans pay their hard-earned money in order to go watch star players the last thing they want to hear after they have purchased a ticket that is $500 is reading a headline that says so and so will not be playing tonight due to load management. And like I said this could threaten the existence of the league cause the Fans are the ones that make everything work ESPN First Take

This Is Why Its Championship Or Bust For The Phoenix
Why Its a Championship or bust for the Phoenix Suns. two weeks ago when Kevin Durant was traded to the Phoenix Suns they overnight shot up to be one of the favorites to win the NBA championship. But is that reason to say that it is a championship or Bust for them? I know Kevin Durant hasn't even played a single game in a Phoenix Suns jersey and already here I am talking about them making the NBA final. But Someone has to talk about it because of the importance it has on the legacies of Chris Paul and Kevin Durant. Chris Paul has been in the NBA for 18 years and has never won a championship, He has been in the NBA longer than some of my viewers have been alive. Chris Paul has come close to winning a championship though like two years ago when he went to the NBA finals but ultimately lost to the Milwaukee Bucks, and he has also been on really good teams over the years that have given him many chances to legitimately make a push for the championship teams like the 2015 Los Angeles Clippers who lost to the Golden State Warriors when they were on their rise to become a dynasty. Also in 2018, the Houston Rockets featured Chris Paul and that team was one of the best teams in NBA history they finished with 67 wins on the season and took the Kevin Durant-led Warriors to seven games in the Western Conference that year. so Chris paul has had his chances but time and time again he has fallen short. And then there is Kevin Durant's Legacy, like Chris Paul he has been in the league for a long time, but his career history isn't the prettiest, the two championships that he has to his name he only has cause he was carried by the warriors and although Kevin Durant might say that's not true and point to his NBA finals MVP as proof, I would argue he only got there because he was on a stacked team. The narrative around Kevin Durant is that he needs Steph Curry to win and he needs a super team to win, cause Steph Curry has proved that he can win without Kevin Durant, he just won the NBA finals MVP last year and Kevin Durant just joined another super team yet again. He was just on a super team with Kyrie Irving and James Harden and it didn't work out. because of that the pressure is on him to win a championship with this team. cause if he doesn't it will not look good for his legacy. Because he would have played with great players such as Russell Westbrook, James Harden, Kyrie Irving, Devin Booker, Chris Paul, and DeAndre Ayton and would've had nothing to show for it. so because of that, it is championship or bust.

The Toronto Raptors Can't Go On Like This
The Toronto Raptors can't go on like this. The Nba season is at a halfway point and that is evident by the fact that this weekend is the All-star break I think it's safe to say that the raptors are a disappointment even though it brings me no joy or pleasure to say that but the truth is in the details, 59 games into the season the Toronto Raptors find themselves in the 10th spot in the eastern conference and if the season were to end today they would be a play-in team, and that's just a fancier way of saying the raptors are a middle-of-the-pack team and they find themselves in a place where no team wants to be and that is no man's land. a place in which a team is not terrible enough to be a lottery pick team but simultaneously they aren't good enough to make an impact in the playoffs don't get it twisted even if they make the playoffs via the play-in tournament, they still suck, but why do they suck? well, I think it is a complicated answer but it boils down to these key issues. number one the raptors don't have a legitimate number one player on their team, now I can already hear the rabid raptors fans screaming "what about Pascal Siakam"? Pascal Siakam as much as we all love him and as good as he is, he is not a number one player. He is a number two masquerading as a number one. And there are a lot of guys in the NBA that are doing this but one name that comes to mind that I can compare Pascal Siakam to is Anthony Davis when he was in New Orleans, when you look at Anthony's time in New Orleans and ask what did he accomplish you realize that he didn't really do much. it wasn't until he went to LA that he won a championship, also Karl Anthony Towns is another guy that is number two but trying to be number one and that is exactly what Pascal Siakam is. Number two is that Masai Ujiri didn't make any moves in the offseason to make the roster better even though Kevin Durant was on the market he didn't do anything. Number Three Scottie Barnes is not the player he is going to be yet, he hasn't matured.

The Lakers Are Offically Back In Business
the Lakers are officially back in business. Thursday, February 9th was the NBA trade deadline and it was very eventful, one trade that brought a smile to my face and brought me great joy was the Russell Westbrook trade. Yes, After two grueling seasons with the Lakers, they have finally managed to deal away Russell Westbrook and this is a great thing for the lakers because Russell Westbrook was the reason for their struggles the last two seasons. The Lakers traded away Russell Westbrook to the Utah Jazz in a three-team trade in return they got back D'Angelo Russell, Malik Beasley, and Jarred Vanderbilt. As you all remember The Lakers drafted D'Angelo Russell all the way back in 2015 and a lot has changed since back then, he got traded to the Brooklyn Nets because he was immature and at the time caused a lot of distractions for the Lakers when he snitched on Nick Young for cheating on his fiance. since then D'Agelo has grown as both a person and as a player. he has gained experience playing with players like Karl Anthony-Towns and most importantly Steph Curry in a franchise that was the gold standard for franchises, and I think he has learned a lot from being away from the Lakers. But now he is making his return to the Lakers and I think he will make the Lakers way better. mainly cause he is going to give the Lakers shooting, in my opinion, D'Angelo Russell Is way better than Russell Westbrook, currently, he is averaging 18 points per game, 3.1 rebounds, and 6.2 assists per game, and he also turns the ball over less than Westbrook, but most importantly he can shoot that is something the Lakers need to surround Lebron James with, LeBron Thrives with shooters around him. Also in a separate trade, the Lakers traded away Patrick Beverley for Mo Bamba. I. think these trades have made the Lakers a legitimate playoff team in the western conference, now the question of how far they will go in the Playoffs is a complicated one because it hinges on two factors, number one is the quality of competition in the western conference and the second is the health of the Lakers, these are both things that aren't working in the Lakers favors because Kevin Durant has just made his return to the western conference by joining the Phoenix Suns and Kyrie Irving has joined the Mavericks also there was already steep competition in the Western conference in the form of The Denver Nuggets, Memphis Grizzlies, and New Orleans Pelicans. What They Are not Telling About The Kyrie Irving Trade (He Was Right)
Kyrie Irving has been traded to the Dallas Mavericks. everything was going great for the Brooklyn nets for the last few weeks in fact they tend to be a very good and productive team when they aren’t distracted by off-court distractions. But of course, that is hard to do when they have a player like Kyrie Irving Irving on their team. And so with Kevin Durant being out for the better part of January, you have to give credit to the Brooklyn Nets for managing to garner a record of 32-20 and staying in the conversation of potential contenders in the eastern conference. But that all changed when two days ago Kyrie Irving requested a trade out of the blue, like I said from the outside it seemed like everything was going well with the Brooklyn Nets. But as it was subsequently reported, The Brooklyn Nets and Kyrie Irving had a falling out when the contract negotiations they were engaged in went sour. According to Chris Haynes of Bleacher Report, Kyrie’s camp stopped negotiating when They were offered an offer that was tied to winning the NBA finals. Now one might ask when would the Nets do something like this, this is so unprecedented, in order to answer that question we have to look at Kyrie’s time with the Brooklyn Nets, during Kyrie’s tenure with the Brooklyn Nets, He has managed to cause them a lot of troubles. That stems back to when he first set foot in Brooklyn. Kyrie Irving has a tendency to cause chaos for whatever team he plays for and the Brooklyn Nets were no exception. During the time Kyrie Was a Brooklyn net he, dissed the previous head coach Steve Nash when he claimed that he and Kevin Durant did not have a need for a head coach and could coach themselves, effectively undermining Steve Nash’s authority within the organization and sabotaging him. Kyrie also has a record of missing games without telling the team why, Kyrie also refused to get the jab and missed half of the season last year, although in his defense he was vindicated. Kyrie also cause a lot of commotion when the NBA bubble was proposed and implemented, he encouraged players not to take part in it and ended up missing it and not playing within the bubble. And more recently in September he was suspended and fined for posting a link to what was deemed as an anti-semitic movie, this incurred the ire of Net’s owner Joe Tsai who publicly condemned Kyrie on Twitter. So with this extensive history of being a distraction, the Brooklyn nets weren’t willing to give Kyrie Irving any deals that would favor him. So they included the championship clause in the contract. Kyrie Requested a trade and was traded Sunday morning to the Dallas Mavericks.

I Was Wrong About Zion Williamson
We Were Wrong About Zion Williamson. I want to issue an apology to Zion Williamson because a year ago I was one of the few in the media that called him a bust. This was due to two main reasons the first was the constant comparison of Zion Williamson. As you all know Zion Williamson was drafted in 2019 as the number one overall pick by the Pelicans and in that same draft, Ja Morant was taken as the second overall pick by the Grizzlies. Now since then Ja Morant has had the better career so far, managing to stay healthy, and has actually played more seasons than Zion since being drafted in the same year, and that brings me to the second reason behind calling Zion Williamson a bust, Injuries. Zion has had a lengthy injury history, one that does not predict a long and productive career. going all the way back to his days at Duke university Zion Has had bouts with injuries, he famously tore through his Nike shoes during a game between the Blue Devils and the Tarheels in college before getting drafted in 2019. then fast forward to after he was drafted, he missed preseason due to injuries. then again fast forward to August 2020 when he missed the last game of the regular season again due to injuries. after that we fast forward to April of 2021 when he missed a hand full of games due to a sprained thumb, that one wasn't that serious but the following year he missed the entirety of the NBA season due to injuries mainly his torn meniscus he had a year prior wasn't fully healed. And there is a reason why Zion Williamson is always hurt, its because of the same thing that allows him to be so dominant and that is his freakishly huge body, He is 6'7 and weighs 270 pounds, which is a lot of weight to move around and it is a lot to throw around as he does. Not to say that Zion Williamson is only good because of his hulking body, no Zion possesses all of the attributes that constitute a good basketball player he is a great passer, has good basketball IQ, and is overall a stellar basketball player. but 99% of all players that have played basketball against Zion Williamson have been smaller than him. And so because of his size Zion Has suffered from injuries due to the amount of torque that his weight and playing style puts on his knees. in the past, he has failed to reach an optimal playing weight but he fixed that last summer he slimmed down while still managing to keep his muscle mass and because of that he has managed to stay healthy and has been really good this year to the point where he has been named an All-star starter and has contributed to his team being the 4th team in the western conference. because of that I want to retract what I said About him Last year he is not a bust.

The Memphis Grizzlies Are Out Of Control!
The Memphis Grizzlies are way too cocky. On Friday night an altercation happened between Shannon Sharpe and the Memphis Grizzlies in which a fight almost broke out mid-game between the Lakers and the Grizzlies. The altercation started when Shannon Sharpe said that Dillon Brooks was too small to guard Lebron James. Dillon Brooks didn't like this so he shouted back, "f**k you" to Shannon, Shannon shouted the same back to him. that's when Ja Morant started to come over and Dillon Brooks told Shannon Sharpe, "you don't want these problems" insinuating that there was going to be a fight of some kind before we knew what was going on. Tee Morant, Ja Morant's father started to come towards Shannon Sharpe looking like he wanted to speak to him, and that was when a heated argument ensued between the two and they had to be separated. Later the following Monday Shannon issued an apology for his behavior but there are some that think that Shannon Sharpe shouldn't apologize because he didn't do anything wrong I am in that same camp because this was one of many incidences that have been surrounding the Grizzlies' behavior recently. In the last two years, the Memphis Grizzlies have been carrying themselves really immaturely, they have been acting like they are above every other team in the NBA not better, but above. and it started last year in January of 2022. when the Grizzlies started to gain media coverage due to them being the #2 seed in the western conference of the NBA. it became really cringe when they invented the little dance that they do. it got kicked up to another notch when they started gridding on the opposing team's logo. and Ja Morant took the lead as the most antagonistic doing an interview with bleacher report and saying that he would cook Michael Jordan in a one-on-one game. this infuriated a lot of NBA fans and Michael Jordan fans it came off as if Ja Morant was insecure with himself and felt the need to overshadow Michael Jordan. Last December Ja Morant sat down with ESPN and disrespected the entirety of the Western Conference when he said that there is no team worthy of being attentive to when it comes to the playoffs, even though the Denver Nuggets are in the west and the Phoenix Suns, New Orleans Pelicans all of who could knock out the Grizzlies in the Playoffs and so the Memphis Grizzlies have painted are target on their backs cause they are way too cocky, and it's not good.

C.J McCollum Thinks The Raptors Need To Blow The Team Up
on a recent episode of the C.J Mccollum show, a podcast run by him, C.J Mccollum said that he has heard rumbling go on about certain players in the Toronto Raptors organization that are disgruntled, C.J said he wouldn't name which player it is. But when asked about it the situation. The Toronto Raptors find themselves right now, being the 11th seed in the eastern Conference just outside of the last play-in tournament spot, and being 5 games under.500 C.J Mccollum said that the Raptors are too talented to be this bad and that there are guys on the team that are impactful and quality players and would be so on any team, and that many teams would love to have some of those guys. The question then is who is C.J. Mccollum talking about, there are so many guys on the Raptors that fit exactly what he is talking about and it is hard to narrow it down. But one name that has been speculated is Gary Trent Jr. mainly because of the way his contract is set up right now, he has the option to opt out of his contract and test the market in free agency, and with his talents, he could command north of 20 million dollars a year, a figure that is daunting for the Raptors, a number they may not want to pay. so it makes sense that with the trade deadline coming up on February 9th, the smart thing to do would be to trade him and get some value back for him instead of just letting him walk in free agency. Another name that could. be moved by the trade deadline is Fred Vanvleet, Who has been such a big name for the Toronto Raptors, Fred has been a crucial reason why the Raptors have experienced success in the last few years, he was integral to the team that went on to win the Championship in 2019, his shooting was really valued. But this year he has been struggling in comparison to his season last year when he had a breakout year and was selected to the all-star team. On a recent episode of the J.J Reddick Show, he opened up about the slump he has found himself in and attributed it to him being delegated a lesser role on the team this year. This goes back to what C.J. Mccollum said about guys on the raptors who could really flourish if they were given bigger roles on other teams. so don't be surprised if Fred Vanvleet is moved by the trade deadline. Last but not least is O.G Anunoby, word around the League is that Everyone wants O.G Anunoby on their team. his defensive capabilities are highly sought after, teams like the New York Knicks have had their eyes on him for quite some time now and could be the favorites to make a move for him come Feb. 9

Nikola Jokic Is About To Make History (LeBron Couldn't Do This)
Nikola Jokic is about making history, he is about to do something that not even Lebron James or Michael Jordan could do. and that is that he is about to be the first player since 1984 to three-peat for the NBA MVP trophy. The last time this was done was in Micael Jordan's rookie year and it was done by the great Larry Bird. There have only been three players in NBA history to accomplish this feat and those players are Wilt Chamberlin, Larry Bird, and the late Bill Russell now Nikola Jokic is about to be the fourth player to achieve this if he can win the MVP award again this year. speaking of, The NBA MVP race has been very intense and interesting this year currently, The KIA NBA MVP leaderboard has Nikola Jokic as the favorite to win the award. the race has been interesting because there have been. so many changes in the first-place spot. Jayson Tatum held the number one spot when the season started in October and this is due to how well he was playing but also how good his team the Celtics were, the Boston Celtics started out the season swinging and were out for revenge after losing the finals last June to the Warriors and at the helm of their fury was Jayson Tatum. he was the favorite to win the MVP for about a month until Giannis Antetokounmpo took the number one spot from him for a while and this was due to the Celtics losing the number one spot in the eastern conference and the Milwaukee Bucks usurping them also, the Boston Celtics went through a slump in which they lost a bunch of games. But in the western conference, the favorites were Ja Morant whom the media just adored, but who I think has lived up to the hype the media has given him, mainly because his grizzlies lost to the Nuggets when they didn't have Jamal Murray, they lost to the warriors when the warriors didn't have Steph curry, and they lost to the phoenix suns when they didn't have Chris paul or Devin booker. so because of that Ja Morant lost favor in the voter's eyes, also his remarks about not being worried about the western conference turned voters away from him. but Luka Doncic is another name that could win the MVP award this year right now he is right behind Nikola Jokic in the race and is averaging a whopping 34 points per game and is on pace to win the scoring title. but Nikola Jokic has basically had the MVP race in. a choke hold and I'm not surprised. I expected Nikola Jokic to be this good this year and I expected the Denver nuggets to be this good this year as well.

This Is Why You Shouldn't Feel Bad For LeBron James
Should we even feel bad for LeBron James at this point in his career? recently LeBron James took a jab at the Los Angeles Lakers front office when he said that we the fans and media already know what should be happening and that he shouldn't even have to be speaking on the state of the Lakers roster. This of course is implying that it should be obvious to Rob Pelinka, Jeanie Buss, and the rest of the Lakers management team, that a trade should be made to improve the Lakers' Roster. Lebron James should be frustrated with the Lakers because currently the Lakers are 19-22 and have not managed to cross the .500 mark in terms of record percentage this season. and just when things started to look good for them, when Anthony Davis was playing really well, he happened to get injured, something that is so recurring with him, the word "injury" has become synonymous with him. But with all of that being said we have to ask, should we even feel sympathy for Lebron James at this point? because though the Lakers are terrible, one could point out that, that predicament is partially Lebron's fault as well. it was Lebron James who lobbied to have the young core of talented players offloaded in order to get Anthony Davis on the team, Now those same young players have blossomed into incredible players who've become assets to their respective teams, LeBron would love to have Julius Randle and Kyle Kuzma back on the lakers for example. Furthermore, it has been proven via the last two seasons that Russell Westbrook is not a good fit with Lebron James and Anthony Davis, whether he is coming off the bench or not. But who is to blame for having Russell Westbrook on the Lakers in the first place? Lebron James, it was his he who pressured the lakers to trade for Russell Westbrook even though he knew the type of player Westbrook is. so Lebron James certainly doesn't have the right to publically throw remarks at the Los Angeles Lakers. but with that being said that certainly doesn't mean that the Lakers Front office is off the hook because they were the ones that acquiesced to Lebron James' demands even though they didn't have to. LeBron James is a great player, but that doesn't mean that he is a great general manager, something he has tried and sometimes succeeded in doing from behind closed doors. Lebron James tried this same tactic one time when he was playing for the Miami Heat. He tried to have Eric Spoelstra fired when things weren't working out in Miami. but luckily for Spoelstra, he had Pat Riley as the GM. a man who is well respected and has seen a lion's share of NBA superstars come and go, so he wasn't intimidated by LeBron's cache. He turned LeBron's request down and told him to make do with the coach he currently had. and luckily it worked out for everyone. The lakers should've taken a page out of Pat Riley's book and should've managed the team by giving into Lebron's demands, so they too have some of the blame for the state they are in right now.

Shannon Sharpe And Skip Bayless Are Headed For A Break Up
Shannon Sharpe And Skip Bayless of Undisputed are headed for a breakup and this is because of the rift that is currently ongoing between them. On Monday night football during the game between the Bengals and the Bills a player by the name of Damar Hamlin Got injured, to be more precise he had a heart attack mid-game and had to be resuscitated on the field and then afterward he had to be taken to the hospital in an ambulance, as the viewers were worried about what was going to happen to Damar Hamlin Skip Bayless was worried about when the game was going to resume and tweeted this out, his tweet was met with backlash for him being tone-deaf and being insensitive to the situation at hand. Skip Bayless was in hot waters and he knew, so the following morning he gave an apology. but noticeably his co-host Shannon Sharpe was nowhere to be seen, many speculated that Shannon Sharpe was away on personal business because he just had welcomed a grandchild into the world and he was attending to that, others thought that he was just fed up with Skip Bayless, regardless we fully don't know what happened. But on Wednesday morning Shannon Sharpe returned to the show and at the beginning of his opening monologue things got heated between the co-hosts. Skip Bayless felt blindsided by Shannon Sharpe addressing his tweet and Shannon Sharpe that the bosses at FS1 wanted them to talk about it, regardless of whether the situation was ugly and the bickering between them got personal and it was uncomfortable to watch. Shannon Sharpe and Skip Bayless have been going at each other on live television for about 7 years now, that is what they are paid to do but this was different this was personal. And this isn't the first time that they've had an uncomfortable altercation on air, just about 2 weeks during a segment in which they were debating Tom Brady's caliber of play this NFL season things got heated after Skip Bayless said the only reason that Shannon Sharpe is always so critical of Tom Brady is that Tom Brady is better than him and has played way longer than Shanon has of which Shannon didn't take kindly to and they had a fight for 2 minutes straight. and because of the growing tension between them, I think it's easy to see the writing on the wall and that is that the show as we know it with Shannon Sharpe and Skip Bayless maybe soon come to an end unless they can figure something out, but it seems like the brotherly love that these two men had for one another is slowly starting to fade away and that is why they fight on personal front so often in comparison to their earlier years together. And its to be expected when you work with someone and all day you yell at each other, that dynamic is bound to change both of you.ESPN First Take

Ja Morant Is Getting Too Cocky
Ja Morant is getting too cocky, Ja Morant recently sat down with ESPN's Malika Andrews and like last time he sat down for an interview, he said something that rubbed people the wrong way, this time it was when he insinuated that the Grizzlies don't have anybody in the western conference to be worried about and that the only team the grizzlies have an eye out for in the playoffs are the Boston Celtics. I have a problem with this because recently the Ja Morant and the Grizzlies have been acting like the top dogs in the NBA, they talk a lot of crap for a team that hasn't accomplished anything, I started to notice this last season when the Grizzlies actually got good when people realized they were good enough to make the Playoffs, first, they started taunting the Golden State Warriors and then it got worse in the playoffs, Ja Morant and his fellow teammates were griddying on team's logos and talk so much trash even to legends like Steph Curry and the Warriors. But it got taken to another notch in the off-season when Ja Morant sat down to talk with ESPN's Taylor Rooks in which he said that if he played against Micheal Jordan he would cook Michael Jordan, those are some blasphemous words to utter, Lebron James knows better than to say that every NBA player knows better than that and yet here is Ja Morant mouthing off and so that too rubbed me the wrong way. I understand that Ja Morant is trying to be confident, but he looked ridiculous. He was being Cocky instead of confident, there is a difference between confidence and cockiness. confidence stems from prior accomplishments, cockiness is the unwarranted massaging of one's ego with no reason or substance to back it up. now I acknowledge that Ja Morant is one of the best guards in the league, but that is not good enough to say that he would cook the best basketball player of all time. This is the same Michael Jordan that has destroyed players in one on ones the same guy who would make stories up in his head in order to help him absolutely humiliate and dominate his opponents. and for the Grizzlies, they just lost to the Denver Nuggets last Tuesday, as the nuggets took the first seed from them. I think Ja Morant should be cognisant of that and that there are teams in the western conference that could pose threats to the Grizzlies.

Why The NBA Should Be Scared Of The Boston Celtics
Why The NBA should be scared of the Boston Celtics. The Boston Celtics are coming off of an impressive NBA finals appearance from last June. And now six months later they look like they haven't missed a beat. last June the Warriors and the Boston Celtics were the last two teams left standing, but when you compare the two of them to each other now the difference between them is like day and night, the Warriors have started off the season slow while the Boston Celtics look like they are the best team in the NBA and so I want to use the dynamic between these two teams to answer the question of whether The Boston Celtics are the next NBA dynasty. The boson Celtics and the golden state warriors are on two ends of the same spectrum and that spectrum is Success and dynasty. on one end of the spectrum are the warriors, for the better part of the last decade the warriors have been the gold standard for the rest of the NBA, they have been the team that every other team has tried to emulate. both on and off the court. from top to bottom they've been a cut above everybody else, they've been to 6 NBA finals in the last 8 years and have won 4 of those finals. and last June they just won their latest championship. but even though they are 6 months removed from a championship, it seems like if nothing changes for them right now, their dynasty might be coming to an end. they've struggled this season. On the other end of this spectrum is the Boston Celtics, they are the young up-and-coming team filled with young bulls ready to make their mark on NBA history, and they look like they have all of the makings to do so. Their superstar Jayson Tatum arguably surpassed Kevin Durant in the playoffs last June when he outplayed and outclassed Kevin Durant. Every dynasty needs a superstar to which everything is linch pinned and Jayson Taum has cemented himself as the guy for the job. and to his right is Jaylen Brown who has blossomed into a magnificent number two for the Celtics. Jaylen Brown did outplay Jayson Tatum in the Finals last June but to me, it is clear that Tatum is the better of the two and is the Micheal Jordan while Jaylen Brown is the Scottie Pippen. which is good because every Jordan needs a Pippen. Steph Curry had Klay Thompson, Lebron James had Kyrie Irving and Dwayne Wade, and Kobe had Pau Gasol. Moreover, this Celtics team has really matured since all being drafted, which is another similarity to the warriors, all of the key components of the Celtics were drafted just like the warriors drafted Steph curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond green.

How Kawhi Leonard Stole From The Los Angeles Clippers
How Kawhi Leonard finessed the Los Angeles Clippers. The story of how Kawhi Leonard finessed the clippers starts all the way back in 2017, to be more specific, it starts in game 1 of the 2017 western conference finals between the San Antonio Spurs and the Golden State Warriors. In this game, Zaza Pachulia facilitated one of the dirtiest moves ever witnessed in the NBA playoffs, which ended up injuring Kawhi Leonard, an injury that would end his season. Little did everyone know that this injury would lead to the Toronto Raptors winning their first and only NBA championship. After Kawhi got injured the San Antonio Spurs ended up being knocked out of the NBA playoffs and a timetable was set for Kawhi Leonard to return the next season, but after time went by Kwahi refused to return the following season under the suspicion that his foot wasn't fully healed, Kawhi and the Spurs didn't see eye to eye , the doctors in the organization thought that Kawhi was healthy enough to return to full basketball duties. Kawhi sought a second opinion all the way in New York and confirmed his suspicion which embarrassed the Spurs' front office and the medical staff, so Greg Popovich enlisted Tony Parker to call out Kawhi Leonard in the media something that backfired because shortly after that Kawhi demanded a trade from the Spurs as the trust between him and the team was broken so the Spurs thought they would trade Kawhi to a place that was obscure in the NBA, a place where he would slip into irrelevancy and limit his chances of him winning a championship. but things actually panned out well for both the Raptors and Kawhi Because when he was in Toronto he got the chance to do load management and the Raptors won their first NBA Championship after that he signed with the clippers and his uncle demanded that the clippers give him a private jet and part ownership of the clippers, that he didn't get but he did get the clippers to trade for Paul George. but these days Kawhi barely plays while enjoying the money the clippers pay him to sit on the bench.

Why Lebron James Missing Games Is Actually Good For The Lakers
Why Lebron missing games is actually good for the lakers. hello, my name is Emmanuel Kamia and in this video, I explain why when Lebron James missing games actually turned out to be a good thing for the Lakers. Recently Lebron James missed four or five games due to a strained left adductor. and this turned out to be one of the best things that could've happened to the lakers because for the first time since his New Orleans days Anthony Davis was forced to either sink or swim. the bright lights of the Los Angeles lakers were solely on him. Lebron James wasn't there to soak up all of the spotlights and the Lakers' success depended on him, he was the best player, if they were bad then he would get the blame if they were good then he'd get the praise and man did he ever perform. for four games Anthony Davis took a stroll down memory lane and put up monster numbers, he was having 30 plus point double-doubles and for the first time in a long time he looked like he could be an MVP front-runner, he looked like he could be mentioned with the rest of the big men in the league as one of the best big men in the league. he was on par with guys like Joel Embiid and Nikola Jokic, it led me to ask where was this Anthony Davis last year? where was this guy at the beginning of the season? but anyway this is good because it boosted the stock of Anthony Davis for a potential trade. Yes, The lakers need to trade Anthony Davis despite him having one of the best stretches he's ever had. they need to leverage this outburst in performance to try and gain crucial assets for the lakers, and the reason is because even though Anthony Davis was playing really well, his record tells you that he can't keep playing at this level for prolonged periods of time. he will get injured. something he has become known for in recent years. so if Rob Pelinka and the Lakers were smart they would trade Anthony Davis when he is performing at his best, it's a buy low sell high tactic.

Why The Warriors Need To Trade For Kevin Durant
Warriors need to trade for Kevin Durant and here is why, hi my name is Emmanuel Kamia and in this video, I explain why the Warriors should pursue a Kevin durant trade. first, f all the warriors are struggling right now and are in need of some help. it was just about five months ago when the golden state warriors won the NBA finals and took home the championship. but today the warriors look like. a completely different team from that team that won a championship. And what's worse about the situation is that nothing changed, the warriors didn't lose a key player to free agency of injuries, so it is the same group of guys. what happened is when Draymond Green punched Jordan Poole in the face everything went downhill, and in order to fully understand this we have to go back one full year to November of 2021, during this time the warriors did not have Klay Thompson, he was still nursing his injury and eyeing a return date the following December, but in the meantime the warriors found. a new young star in Jordan Poole, with the absence of Kaly Thompson Jordan Poole, took on the task of being the second goto scorer, and he played that role very well, in fact, there were periods of time when Stephen Curry could go to the bench and rest and both he and steve Kerr could rest knowing that Jordan Poole could supplement the scoring. and this Jordan Poole was very crucial to the warriors' success last year, including in the NBA finals. but fast forward to November 2022 and Jordan Poole isn't the same ever since Draymond Green Punched and embarrassed him in front of his teammates. he has lost his confidence and as a result, his performance has declined. that coupled with Klay Thompson struggling leaves Stephen Curry with the responsibility of carrying the team and this is why the warriors are in need of additional help if they hope to return to the NBA finals this season. Enter Kevin Durant, Kevin Durant would fit perfectly because he has played in the golden state and he too is having problems with his team. he has recently weighed in on how frustrating it is for him to play on a team that doesn't really have much talent. all the quotes about this frustration are littered within this video. But because of that, I think it's time for Kevin Durant to go back to where he was most successful. Both of these parties need each other as it was in 2016.

Why You Should Feel Bad For Stephen Curry
Why You should feel bad for Steph Curry. you should feel bad for Steph curry because of what is going on in the bay area. The golden state warriors have been stinking it up in San Fransisco ever since the season started in October. and this is surprising because the warriors are just coming off of a championship run in June and were favored to be back in the finals in 2023 because the warriors didn't lose any key players from their championship run. so why do they suck so much. as of the making of this video the warriors are 6-9, they recently lost to the phoenix suns for the second time this season but this loss in my opinion was worse than the first because the Suns didn't even have Chris Paul this time around. so because of that, it's time to start looking at the warriors and asking, what is going on? I think there are a number of factors that are playing part in this current downfall of the warriors, the first factor is I think championship hangover, this phenomenon happens to some sports teams who win a championship and go on a streak of partying and not worrying about their sport and by the time they come back for the following season the motivation to keep going and top chase a championship dwindles, resulting in the said team having a slow start., I think this is what could be happening to the warriors. The second explanation is that the team is fragmented, ever since the altercation between Draymond Green, the Warriors have not looked the same, I suspected that this is due to a fragmented locker room in which some players took sides with Draymond Green and some with Jordan Poole. The Warriors haven't been this detached since the altercation between Kevin Durant and Draymond Green all the way back in 2019. and speaking of Draymond Green, he has begun to slip away from his role, that role being the motivator, the soul of the team that battery that charges the team when they need juice or pep talks or reassurances. and this is due to Draymond green seeing the writing on the wall, all the signs point to the warriors not re-signing Draymond green because they've already committed to both Jordan Poole and Andrew Wiggins when they extended both of those guys to massive contracts. this doesn't leave the warriors with enough to pay Draymond Green if he wants to stay with the team. The third reason for this awful play is Klay Thompson and how he has not been playing up to his standard, he is crucial to the warriors' success. in order for the warriors to be the warriors Klay Thompson must be like his old self. Klay Thompson has also spoken about this, I talk about this in the video. and Steph Curry is the only one of the trio that is still himself and that is why I feel bad for him because he is carrying the warriors right now.ESPN First Take

Why The Toronto Raptors Should Trade For Keving Durant
Why the Toronto Raptors should trade for Kevin Durant. Kevin Durant has been in. the news lately for the first time since his teammate Kyrie Irving has highjacked the headlines for the last two weeks. but Kevin Is back in the news because word on the block is that NBA teams have been reaching out and re-engaging with the Brooklyn Nets about Trading for Kevin Durant. Now I can only think of two reasons why they are reaching out now. the first reason is the Kyrie Irving situation that is playing out in the news, in which Kyrie Irving has been suspended for five days but it could be indefinitely. In order for Kyrie Irving to come back and play the Brooklyn nets have come up with prerequisites that Kyrie must meet if he is to return to the hardwood. And many have speculated including me that Kyrie Irving may opt not to meet these requirements and choose to sit out because one Kyrie Irving is stubborn but also Kyrie Irving has apologized for his tweet regarding the Jewish community. But the Brooklyn Nets still insist on him donating $500,000 to the Jewish community among other things he has to do to come back and play. this has struck a nerve with many around the NBA including Jay William of ESPN who stated what the Brooklyn Nets are currently doing to Kyrie Irving Buck-breaking a ritual slave master used to engage in, in order to break the spirit of a slave. Lebron James of the Los Angeles Lakers has also spoken out claiming that Since Kyrie Irving has apologized, he should be allowed to return. I speculate that General managers around the league are extrapolating this situation and considering what happens if Kyrie Doesn't return and the Nets release him. They are probably thinking at that point the Brooklyn Nets will have to trade Kevin durant, because, they wouldn't want to. keep him on a team with scrubs in which he could waste away his last good years. and two, he would be their best chance of gaining draft capital to rebuild for the future after Kevin durant and Kyrie Irving. The second reason General managers are now reaching out to the Brooklyn nets is that. like many in the NBA, they've come to the conclusion that the Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving experiment is a failure and the Brooklyn Nets would be wise to move those two in order to move forward.
