#energy #spirituality #consciousness Anytime someone attacks another it’s because they themselves are feeling attacked or under pressure from something else they’re avoiding confronting. It’s just like an animal feeling threatened! They’ll lash out to defend or protect themselves first so they’re not the one under attack. It’s a defense mechanism, coping & survival tactic. Judgement is really the result of something in us feeling threatened! The stories we create are to “protect whatever within us is triggered!” Judgement is really a defense mechanism — Judgement is Protection from Rejection! We actually judge from the position of being judged! But when we judge we break our own heart. The judgement is heard & registers by the body as if You were judging YourSelf not another. So even if You think it’s going out, it really has a boomerang effect that causes it to come directly straight back at You!🪃 There’s nothing outside of You that isn’t triggering something inside unseen within! You are Not Your Mind! The Mind is there to be your Servant not your Master! Everything originates in our Mind. If You’re Triggered it’s usually something you’ve been suppressing or avoiding. Remember if another person triggers You it’s only because Your Soul & hurt Inner Child that is drawing & calling them in to be the Catalyst to addressing the trauma & healing it. Don’t shoot the messenger! Sometimes these “Gifts come without a bow!” We have to be willing to face it ALL! If you’re not challenging Your Mind & Your Beliefs, You will hold YourSelf back from growth & evolution. Most people will go to war to defend their beliefs! Even while you’re at odds (or at war) in Your Own Mind regarding your beliefs & Your body is exhibiting the disconnect & misalignment, you’ll still go to war over & defend those beliefs with another !? If you’re unwilling to challenge your own Mind, life will give you plenty of opportunities to challenge them for You! People will always show up to poke & provoke You! The Body will always give you clues as to what strong Beliefs are stuck & attached to in the Mind! We all have innate Power within us — but rarely do people own when, where, or to whom they give their power away! Awareness of Your Patterns gives You the Power to Change them! The more you ignore something, the more it will come back for you to confront it. Life is a dance — if you’re always fighting against something you will exhaust YourSelf but if you learn to dance with it you can gain excitement & build energy. Every time You tell a story You give it power and that draws more of that to you in the form of gratitude or a prayer! Even if you’re complaining you’re blessing the situation as if you want more of it. If I’m complaining about something consistently then all I’m doing is creating more of my own misery! Life’s too short to wallow in what we dislike! Question the so-called authorities because they say so doesn’t make them right or respectable! If you’re labeled for questioning then that should raise a flag for everyone everywhere! People need to take Personal Responsibility & Be Accountable for the Energy they bring to the world! Where are You acting from — A place of Needing to Be Right or BEing Happy? Gifts or curses are in the eye of the beholder! Are You the Victim or Victor of Your Life? Like the Dark Crystal — if you stop feeding the dark, they will dissolve & merge with the light. Remember this life is dualistic! Most of the time people want someone or something to blame for how they feel or for “holding them back” when it’s never another but ourselves! We are flexible & able bodied to adjust to whatever comes our way if we’re willing to see those opportunities that Present themselves to us! Traffic shows up to see how we’ll navigate it or let it get us stuck in an old pattern. Why fight? Send them love & compassion. Work on Loving You more than fighting -- that's what exhausts us! We put more attention & energy to “fight against” rather than focusing on where we can uplift & create the NEW. When we're pushing against what we don't want, we're feeding & creating more of it. Wherever Your Attention Goes, That's Where Your Energy Flows!
