Dogs rescued from abusive owner get second chance
Every day, Jane and John's owner looked into their sweet trusting eyes and ignored giving them the necessities of life including love and medical care. A concerned neighbor noticed their declining medical condition and their deplorable living quarters and reached out to find someone to help these dogs. Dezzy's Second Chance Rescue responded to that plea for help when no other rescue in south Florida would respond. These dogs face almost $10,000 in medical procedures and at times round the clock care. Dezzys was not afraid of the challenge to save the lives of these dogs. At the time of this completed video, Jane and John have shown wonderful improvement in just about a month. We will be sure to update you in the next few months to show their continued progress. Going forward John has heart worm treatment and Jane faces surgery for her eyes so she can hopefully see again one day.
Please SHARE this video and DONATE if you can by visiting their website, WWW.Dezzyssecondchance.com . EVERY DOLLAR will go to help improve the lives of these dogs and the many more they save on a daily basis.

Abused, sick and starving puppies make full recovery
Sara and Ingrid were rescued from the backyard of a drug dealers house in South Florida. A young man adopted these two puppies and had them in a small cage in his backyard. He was in jail on drug charges for a week while the puppies were trapped in their crate. They were laying in their own feces. The father released the dogs to Angelico Cat and Dog Rescue after their relentless effort to save these dogs. This is the worst case of animal cruelty Angelico Cat Rescue has witnessed. As hard and graphic it is to watch their rescue, the end result was two beautiful female dogs that had their second chance in life.

Mating Rituals of Frogs
AN ORGY OF FROGS!!!!
For a few weeks of every year, my neighbors and I live with the nightly moaning and croaking of horny frogs mating on our lake. The loud unison sounds last through the night and ends just before day break. Since I replaced my windows and doors with hurricane resistant glass, I no longer need ear plugs to sleep during their mating rituals. This year I decided to capture their sexual activities on video to share with the YouTube world. I'm not a pervert, please don't judge me.
Enjoy!

Miracle found underneath matted coat
Just a few days before Christmas, Murphy was found darting in and out of traffic on the busy streets of Ft. Lauderdale. Erika, a kind person, saved him from the streets and brought him to Nob Hill Animal Clinic to be scanned for a microchip. Murphy's fur was horribly matted down to his skin. The staff of Nob Hill Animal Clinic examined him, cleaned him and kept him safe until we could find a rescue to take him in. Abandoned Pet Rescue stepped up immediately and took him into their care. We have posted Murphy to see if there is a family that is missing him. Proper ownership papers will need to be provided. If a family does not claim him, Murphy will be up for adoption. Abandoned Pet Rescue will make sure that Murphy will never suffer again. He is a Christmas Miracle that deserves love, kindness and a forever home. Go to AbandonedPetRescue.org to find out more about Murphy and to donate towards his care. UPDATE...12/31/15...ADOPTED!

Miracle of Life! Ducklings Hatch
A duck nested outside of my front door with a clutch of almost 20 eggs. I was able to capture the big day when they all hatched and followed their journey to their first swim in the lake.

An act of kindness makes all the difference
"I hate being black!"
A desperate homeless woman in San Francisco walked into a restaurant looking for food. The staff knocked her to the ground. As this was happening, a patron stepped in to help her in a dignified way. A simple act of kindness helped to calm the homeless woman down and provided her happiness, even if it was only temporary. Her cries of, "I hate being black" was heartbreaking. The kind person that came to her rescue assured her that we are all the same and that no person is better than another. It was a spectacular moment witness.
It is my hope that this video will inspire you to have compassion for those that may be down on their luck and to take a few moments to pay it forward. The true reward is in helping and giving.
