KUYSC2021

On 27 August 2019, SEO Hyun-seok (former secretary to Dr. Kim Un-yong) and LIM Jae-hyoun,, KIM Jong-sung, JUNG Yong-min and LEE Sung-Kyoung conspiring together broke the KUYSC office security device (door lock) and burglarised the Kimunyong Sport Committee (KUYSC) office (Seoul, Yeouido, Life Combi Bldg. #808​). They stole away 4 out of the total of 5 desktop computers, key accounting records, Kimunyong Cup Taekwondo Championships supplies, among other valuable property of the KUYSC. Using the computers and documents they stole from the Kimunyong Sport Committee, SEO Hyun-seok, LIM Jae-hyoun, KIM Jong-sung, Jung Yong-min and their co-conspirators have made applications to the Korean Ministry of Sports, Kukkiwon and other governmental bodies for the purpose of hosting the Kimunyong Cup International Open Taekwondo Championships (G1) up to Korean Won (KRW) 600million. To date, the South Korean police and prosecutors have taken no action despite this CCTV and other evidence, claiming that there is "insufficient evidence" against these individuals.. Case Summary - https://ufile.io/ccd4es2y 2019.08.27 서현석 (김운용 총재의 전직 비서), 임재현, 김종성, 정용민, 이성경 등이 상호공모하여, 사단법인 김운용스포츠위원회 사무실 (서울 여의도 라이프콤비빌딩 808호) 시정장치를 손괘하고 침입하여, 3차례 이상에 걸쳐서 컴퓨터 총 5대 중 4대, 회계장부일체, 김운용컵 태권도대회 용품, 등의 귀중한 위원회 자산을, 대량의 박스에 동봉하여 반출해가는 장면입니다. 서현석, 임재현, 김종성, 정용민과 그들의 공모자들은, 김운용스포츠위원회에서 훔친 컴퓨터와 문서를 사용하여, 문체부, 국기원 및 기타 정부 기관에 김운용컵 국제오픈 태권도대회 (G1) 개최를 목적으로 6억 여원의 국고보조금을 신청하였습니다. 현재까지 한국 경찰과 검찰은 이 CCTV 영상 등을 비롯한 증거자료에도 불구하고 이 범죄용의자들에 대한 "증거가 불충분하다"고 주장하며 아무런 조치를 취하지 않았습니다. 사건경위요지 - https://ufile.io/or0uytan
