On 12_24_22 Michigan was hit with a big snow storm. Still, this button buck ventures out to find some food. He knows some of his favorite grasses are under the snow, and he is determined to find this food.

I thought I had defective, stunted boxwood bushes that just would never grow. I see them, now, in a new light; they serve as a smorgasbord for the deer in winter! Instead of being disappointed with the little bushes, I'll be grateful for them.
