Many of us, both within the medical profession and outside of it, have gained tremendous clarity through the realization that we all need to "unlearn" so much of what we have learned about health, nutrition, medicine, prevention, etc. Nurse Practitioner, Lauren Johnson, or "Natural Nurse Momma" as she is known to her more than 200,000 followers on social media, realized while practicing medicine that she needed to unlearn so much of what she had been taught in medical school in order to help her patients truly be healed and healthy.
