Often, we carry what I call an 'instinct injury,' where we unconsciously cling to daily habits, mistakenly believing they define our true nature. This path may lead to sickness, exhaustion, and even financial bankruptcy. Consider the emotional bankruptcy present in relationships where you continually invest without reciprocation or hold onto the illusion of a future connection, trapped in the friendzone. The truth is, you may be stuck in the friendzone with yourself, denying your authentic desires and settling for less. As you yearn for deeper connections, you may fabricate illusions of soulmates or twin flames, while deep down, a lack of self-awareness and clarity plagues your journey. However, there is hope.
