One of the great privileges of life is the ability to learn. This week I talk about some of my experiences in learning and how I have now adopted a new out look towards learning.

It is some times hard to see a good outcome from terrible situations. I am by no means trying to diminish the pain behind tragic or traumatic events. My question is what if we were able to look at these things that happen in life from a different perspective? What would that look like?

We have all experienced trauma in some form in our lives. Sometimes we relive it everyday. Going over the events in every detail over and over again and it drives us to places of depression and other emotions. What if there is a way to stop the story being played. What if there is a lesson to be learned. It may not be a difficult as it sounds.
