Alan Dershowitz predicts Trump will receive suspended prison sentence
Harvard Law School Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz predicts Judge Juan Merchan will sentence former President Donald Trump to prison, but suspend the sentence. “He gets the symbolism of prison without him actually having to go to jail,” he says. “He will sentence him to two years in prison suspended because he has no prior record or something like that. But he’s not going to just give him probation or just a fine. He’s going to try to do more than that.”

Alan Dershowitz weighs in on likelihood of appellate division overturning Trump conviction
Harvard Law School Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz isn’t confident the appellate division of New York will overturn former President Donald Trump’s conviction. “I don’t think judges want to walk around the city of New York and have people point the finger at them and say ‘That’s the judge that made Trump president’,” he says. Dershowitz says Trump may have a chance in the New York Court of Appeals.

Brad Raffensperger talks about Democrats, Biden DOJ’s attack on Georgia voting laws
Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger says the Biden Justice Department filed a lawsuit against his state over its photo ID requirement for absentee ballots. “When we added photo ID, we had photo ID for all forms of voting in Georgia. Early voting, election day, and also absentee. Voters now have confidence in the process. They know we’ve accurately identified who these voters are that are requesting an absentee ballot,” he says.

Representative Claudia Tenney (R-NY) reacts to new documents showing federal agents gathered evidence during the 2016 election of then-Vice President Joe Biden meeting with Hunter’s Chinese business partners during an official government trip. “These people need to be prosecuted for lying under oath as should Hunter Biden. He lied under oath to Congress. That’s a felony. We need to start taking names and we need to start prosecuting these people as soon as we take office,” she says.
