First weigh in of the year.301 lbs 59" waist 53 years old

Light workout at Snap Fitness. Chest day with Triceps and Side Delts. I split shoulder day for now til I build up more strength since I'm just starting over.

Weekly weigh in with good results! Down 8.2lbs from 301 on 3-18-21. Diet tightened up and body cleaned out a bit
